The pets have been puppies to seniors. I have trained many to use a bell at the door to go outside and go potty. I can do some basic training.. I have always been a stay at home mom since adopting my children. Now that they are 20 and 21, I’m just a homebody. I am able to tend to your babies 24/7. In my home, I will separate my pets as people bring in theirs. When the owners leave, I will introduce them one at a time. I can administer their medicine, do some light grooming, take on walks, and my schnauzer says he will let them play with his ball thrower. Oh, and pets will never be fed together.

About: We’ve always had dogs and cats in our home but we are a military family so we move around often and we are not ready to bring one in permanently so I thought helping others with theirs would be perfect. I know I needed help with mine so I’m happy to repay the favor to others now. I have 3 kids who are used to animals (especially bigger dogs), private yard, no other animals in the home. I’m home all day and would love a buddy or two to join us from time to time! I only ask that dogs are kid friendly! We don’t mind animals on furniture but will adhere to any at home rules you may set (if you don’t allow them to do certain things at home, I won’t deter any training and let them do it here and vice versa!). Crate trained dogs are preferred but definitely not required! Just know a lot of dogs may do better in a new setting by having their own spaces to retreat to! I also have experience working as a Veterinary technician at our local vet office. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! About: When it comes to family pets, from tiny little munchkin cat breed all the way to Irish Wolfhound, they all deserve the love and respect as a extended family member (or sometime even as our own fur baby). Being raised around Chows and Aussie Shepards, I have experience in both “aggressive” and friendly breeds. A critter is only as bad as the owner. As long as there is at least 24-48hr notification, I’m a pretty flexible person. Seven days a week I’d be available to drop in and say hi, play a little, feed and do potty breaks. Clean as I go to include litter boxes. If being asked to stay overnight, it would be at your location for the best comfort of the animal. My house is a fenced in yard. We typically, based on weather, have my pups run outside once very 2/3 hours. Outside of that, we do regular walks up to 2 miles at least twice a week (again, based on weather). We play games like catch and hidden treat games for enrichment. For the family cat, he is currently maintained by one of my kids but, we allow him free roam and sometimes trips outside on a leash. He has a XXL dog kennel that we will set up when we are outside and he wants to join us to ensure he is bird safe. He very much likes to be a window watcher and enjoys the squirrels a little more than my dogs.

My husband and I are self employed and spend most of our time at home. While you're loved one is in our care, they will be our main focus and have all of our attention. We have a ton of space to be able to take great walks. Unfortunately it's not fenced so your pup will need to be leashed unless trained to not need one and personally told to not use one. We do our best to acclimate ourselves to each furbaby's personality. Some are super active so we make sure they get tons of playtime. If they are snugglers, they get lots of snuggles. If they like to just relax, then that's what we'll do. We just want any that are in our care to feel right at home.

The pets have been puppies to seniors. I have trained many to use a bell at the door to go outside and go potty. I can do some basic training..
