About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! I currently have two cats and two ball pythons of my own. My schedule is also very flexible right now, which means I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care. My time spent with your pets will involve lots of love and cuddles, walks and playtime, as well as treats as appropriate. Throughout covid I would post on facebook groups offering to watch people’s animals. As the years went on I still loved pet sitting, and still watching the same animals I have all the previous years before! With a schedule that makes my routine look different day by day I have found this would be a great fit as I can be flexible in working with clients. My weekends are free and I have lots of longer gaps throughout my day between classes which could be valuable to those who have to leave their pets for long periods of time. I'm from colorado so going home is not an option for me often and widens my availbilty. I have experience working in apartments, houses, ect of all kinds. Often my pet care includes house sitting which I am very comfortable with. I understand the value and basic decency of respect to others homes and possesions. The golden rule is a fundamental aspect of how I operate in my day to day and I would never do something I wouldnt want done to me, my pets or my home. I am a very honest person and would not hesitate to communicate anything that happens in my time with clients pets or their homes. Honesty is the best policy and valuable in maintinging proper care. I am a great problem solver and have lots of experience with handling conflict. I have grown up very indepentdent and am confident people in my life would consider me to be highly reliable and responsible. Positions as team captains, tutoring and as an RA speak to these traits.
About: My whole life, I've grown up with cats and dogs (tabby's and pit-bulls to be exact). I have trained 3 puppies (basic commands like sit and stay) and have taken care of one senior dog (18) and a senior cat (17). I do prefer a week in advance heads up, but will help as best as I can! I have experience in taking care of all animals (even equine) and can make sure to cater to your fur baby’s needs. We are huge dog (animal) lovers, and will make sure your baby feels like a member of the family during their stay. They will gets plenty of walks and exercise as well as lots of cuddles and love! About: I adopted my own boy and learned a lot just from our short visits in the shelter. I was asked to volunteer at the shelter for my strong dedication to helping him learn and providing the love he needed. I currently work at the hospital with an unusual shift. My schedule does vary, but I’m ready to fill my extra days loving in some fur babies! I have my own dog and know the worry of having to leave them by themselves. About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! I currently have two cats and two ball pythons of my own. My schedule is also very flexible right now, which means I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care.
