About: I've had a pet of some sort my entire life whether it was dogs, cats, bunnies, lizards, hamsters or snakes! I love caring for animals of any kind. I currently have 3 fur babies, 2 dogs and a cat, and 9 featherrd ones, chickens! Sharing my love for pets by helping out while folks are away doesn't feel like a job to me but more of a fun opportunity to do something I love. I am currently working full time from home with a flexible schedule. I can take breaks for drop-ins and walks when it's convenient and if your fur baby is at my home I have a fenced back yard they can roam in anytime of day. I have a fenced space in the back yard with plenty of room for fetch and two friendly pooches to keep yours company! My husband and I work opposite shifts so someone is always home to give the fur babies love!

About: When I was younger I used to care for all sorts of dogs! I am a huge animal lover and love animals of all kinds. I am very trustworthy and will take care of your dog child like it was my own. Several people from my previous restaurant job have asked me to watch their dogs occasionally and I have never had a bad comment from them. As a college grad student my schedule can be a little difficult and will more than likely change regularly due to my clinical rotation this semester. As long as we are both communicating regularly then we should be fine. My schedule is open any time day or night on the weekends. I live in an apartment at the top floor so if a dog was to come to my house they would stay with me and my dog loving roommate. I will take them downstairs for walks and to go potty whenever they needed. Other than they they are welcome to run around my apartment whenever they need. If I go to a clients house, I will respect their house and their house rules and take the dogs around their neighborhood for walks and potty breaks if there is no gated front or backyard. I am a trustworthy person and will definitely give your dog all the loving and respect it deserves while mom and dad are gone.

I have worked in kennels, doggy, daycare, groomers, and even horse barns. I love all animals and would be happy to share that love with your pets! About: For the last five years I house sat and walked many dogs but my primary job was to care for a single house of 8 dogs as well as other farm animals. The dogs ranged from puppies to end of life, and as such I am comfortable caring for any dog at any age. About: Growing up we always had a lot of dogs! I always had to help take care of four or more at the same time. I’ve also done house sitting for family and friends. I work full time job at TQL as a customer service coordinator, 8-5 Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday I have full days available and every other day I can still do half days! “Shana was very accomodating, taking a last minute request for dog sitting after our normal sitter cancelled. We are yearly sponsors of the Scottish Games at Furman, which is an all day event from 8:30 to 7:30, the Saturday before Memorial Day. I sent requests to four sitters on Rover that morning that were close to our house in Taylors. Two responded they were booked, even though their profiles confirmed availability, and two never responded. It then occurred to me that it would be easier to find a sitter closer to Furman for faster p/u after the event. I messaged Shana at 8:28 am and at 8:30 she replied “Hi there! You can drop him off now if you like.“ Her responsiveness was incredible, and greatly appreciated. Her tiny home community was so cute and inviting, and her location made for a quick and easy drop off and pick up. Our Dachshund, Bandit, obviously found her home (and her lap) very comfortable, as we received several photos of him relaxing on her lap in front of the wood burning stove. He seemed to get along well with her Lhasa Apso, Wally, who was about the same size as Bandit, as we received several photos of them taking walks and napping together on the sofa. I can say without a doubt that we will hire Shana every year for the Scottish Games at Furman, if she is still dog sitting and available (fingers crossed!).”

I've taken care of friends' pets and even my former work manager's. About: I love cats. Especially the type that wants to curl up next to me. Do to my boyfriend having an allergy to cats we currently don’t have any. But I don’t mind dropping in and taking care of the fur babies. I’m currently a 911 Dispatcher for Transylvania County. I work every other week there. (Week on; week off) I will post my monthly schedules that way you can know if I’m a best fit for you. I would prefer not to have other dogs at my home. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up caring for our family dog, geese and ducks! About: I have been caring for my dog for 11 years. I love to take her for walks in the neighborhood, so she can explore what’s going on outside. I would love to walk your pet in your own neighborhood. Walking them would let them get their exercise and explore, all while keeping them safe. I am available anytime after 6 PM on Monday and Fridays.
