“Remarkable! I was so pleased with Dawn's service. I was brand new to Rover and really hesitant because I just moved to a new area where I have no family to help watch my kitties. I felt so comfortable with Dawn in my home and with my 2 kitties, I knew once I met her that she was trustworthy and I could sense that she loves animals so much. I came home and felt immediately that my cats were their purrfect selves right away - sometimes they show attitude when I get home, but not after Dawn's love and care! My 1st kitty is very outgoing and healthy so I wasn't worried about her, but my 2nd kitty is shy and often gets sick when we are away. Dawn was so kind and even kept our apartment clean of messes upon our arrival, even when I didn't expect her to do that. It was so nice coming home to a clean home. Also, I must say that I also appreciated Dawn's dedication to my pets - halfway through my travels, I discovered that I needed to be away for a few more days. Dawn stepped up to the last-minute change, and whew what a relief! I'll certainly be using Dawn again next time we travel. I have pet sitted on and off over the years for friends and even flew to Las Vegas to petsit for an extended weekend. I’m currently working full time but can do late night drop ins, walks and am available any time on the weekends. Typically on the weekends I am free/flexible for any time, except the few times I’m out of town. Before letting pets out in fenced areas I double check gates are closed and latched before letting out. For any pets that are walked I ensure that they are leashed before heading out the door and do not take the leash off until inside with the door closed. I have an escape artist of myself at home so I know what to look for. I can easily place your pet in a crate before leaving if that is necessary.

About: I have experience taking care of dogs different personalities and needs. For the past 2 years I have regularly cared for my boyfriend’s family dog including walking, feeding, and playing with him. I have also walked dogs for neighbors and have experience caring for foster puppies. I am currently a full time student, so I am available after 4:00 PM on weekdays and any time on weekends for walking, checking in or sitting.
