About: Following the passing of our beloved 13 year old furbaby Zoe shortly after Christmas in 2024, my husband Kenny and I decided to honor her memory by offering dog boarding services in our home. We wanted to create a space where other dogs would receive the same love and care that Zoe did while their owners are traveling or away. Now that we are both retired and home full-time, we are able to provide a calm, comfortable, and loving environment for dogs, free from the stress often found in traditional kennels. Our home offers a peaceful setting where dogs receive individualized attention and care - no concrete kennels or constant barking, just a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Both Kenny and I have had dogs throughout our lives, often with two or three dogs at a time, as we do now. We have always adopted rescue dogs and regularly foster, with the aim of giving dogs a better future and a loving home. We have never, ever regretted this commitment. Currently, our family includes two dogs and two cats, all of whom get along well, are low-key, and are deeply loved. We have ample space and resources to care for your dog (or dogs!) as well, and would be delighted to do so. Additionally, we are pleased and honored to offer very low cost long-term boarding for any military service members who are deploying and need assistance caring for their dogs while they are away. Please feel free to reach out for more information. My husband and I are retired and have ample time and resources to provide exceptional care for your dog, just as we do for our own pets, as well as those of our friends and family. Although we do not have a fenced yard, we walk your dogs leashed. We live out in the country on a lake, in the middle of nowhere on our own private 2 acres, on a dead end cul-de-sac with no traffic at all. We have a very large 20'x30' detached game room that is our hangout space, and would be where the dogs played indoors and could bed down. We have smoke detectors and a monitored alarm system that covers the house and game room. We have an excellent Vet available in Newberry, as well as access to a visiting emergency Vet service here at the house. There are no children or aggressive dogs here.

I do not crate any dogs in my care unless requested. Meet my pets I have two dogs. An 8yr old Maltese named Charlie. He loves to play and he could play all day long. He's full of energy and gets along with all breeds/sizes. I also have a lab mix his name is Jesse and he is 11 yrs old. He is also very sweet and gets along great with his little brother and every dog he comes in contact with. About my yard I live in an townhome with a gated backyard with grass. There are couches that the dogs love to lay on. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medications to dogs. I have experience administering pills and eye medication. I took care of a very ill dog for close to 2yrs. I have experience treating eye conditions as well. I work from home with an extremely flexible schedule. I make my own hours so I have plenty of time to care for your furbaby. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs that would love to play with your pup. I could also separate my dogs if necessary. If your dog is being crate trained, I could accommodate that as well.

I’m off all day on Thursdays and Tuesdays. I also have the weekend off. I’m a very active person who loves to go on walks especially with my dog! I have a fence in yard we have four acres of land that we can take walks on. We also have a very safe neighborhood.
About: I have always had a dog in my house hold! i currently have a 3 year old golden doodle and typically always have some sort of dashound!! More involved medication administration, including injections or medications requiring significant additional time, may be subject to a higher fee. 🐾 Intact dogs: A $5/day surcharge may apply to unspayed or unneutered dogs due to the additional supervision and management required in a multi-dog home. 🐾 Early/late pickup or drop-off: A $15 fee may apply when arrival or departure falls outside the agreed-upon scheduling window. 🐾 Last-minute bookings: Bookings requested within 24 hours of drop-off are subject to a $20 last-minute booking fee. 🐾 Daycare over 8 hours: Daycare stays exceeding 8 hours are subject to the regular overnight boarding rate. 🐾 Pickup/drop-off transportation: Transportation may be available by arrangement for an additional fee. I’ll always communicate any applicable additional charges with you before modifying a booking whenever possible.
