About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! I currently have two cats and two ball pythons of my own. My schedule is also very flexible right now, which means I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care. About: I treat my dogs like my children. My dogs are living with my ex husband and I want to share my love for dogs with yours. My biggest fear was a dog sitter would not recognize if my dog got sick while I was away. My vet does not believe in kennels and we have followed his advice. It makes me much happier knowing they are not in a concrete cage all day. I had been looking into opening a dog day care but this is more rewarding. I will treat your pet like my own. I am pretty much available 24/7 in my home. Your pet will have the run of my house. Your pet will be part of my one person family. It will be just me and your pet. No other dogs will be in the house. I only take in one dog at a time and have great references. I do Rover at my home in New Hampshire over the winter and CT over the summer and you can see my great reviews.
