“On vacation and looking for overnight boarding for my best friend Emmett- I used Rover for the first time and found Andie and her husband- they got us in for a meet and greet right away and after a good result- he was able to stay overnight. They are both total professionals and genuinely very nice people! With regular updates and photos, I was completely at ease to enjoy a night on the town. For house sitting, I like to mention that my 9-year-old dog, Kava, usually joins me — as long as it’s okay with your pets and you! She’s incredibly calm, gentle, and great with other animals. About: My name is Ashton and I am a native to Myrtle Beach, SC. I am a lover of all animals, hence how I got my nickname the "animal whisperer". I know they can't speak to us but I am extremely Intune to animals needs and feelings. I currently own four dogs; Macaroni-a chowski (10), Scooter Woo Woo- pit/bernard mix (9), Piper- an Aussie(3), and Willie- Schipperke/Pom (1). They are my kids and go mostly anywhere I can take them. I am currently taking over the family restaurant and have a lot of flexibility during the day. I tend to get bored during the day so I wanted to add something I would enjoy- and this is how I landed here. I have worked with a couple of the animal shelter's in the past few years. Whether it be fostering or helping with the rehabilitating shy animal program- all are extremely rewarding. I've met all walks of life (animal and people) partaking in this endeavor. A mix I currently own, Scooter, was a bait dog from a fighting ring that I worked with to rehabilitate. I was the only human he bonded with so he came home with me and is now the most obedient loving animal I've ever owned. I also enjoy training on the side. I look at this as a new opportunity to meet people and their pets! Owning a restaurant, I am pretty flexible with my days. I can come and go as I please. That being said, I have numerous full time drop ins that I can accomodate. I’ve been taking care of clients pets and homes for over ten years. I’m very clean and meticulous. Their pets I treat as my own.

About: I have been taking care of dogs of all sizes since I was in my 20's. My neighbors and family members trust in my care of their pet. I have had many of my own dogs from Labs, Pugs and American Staffordshire Terriers. They are all treated as my children. Most of my dogs were raised as puppies and were crate trained. I also had the pleasure of taking on two champion show dogs. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible where I do not need to be sitting at a desk all day. I enjoy walking every day and being in the outdoors. I have a fenced in yard along with a small side fenced area. Plenty of room for playing. “On vacation and looking for overnight boarding for my best friend Emmett- I used Rover for the first time and found Andie and her husband- they got us in for a meet and greet right away and after a good result- he was able to stay overnight. They are both total professionals and genuinely very nice people! With regular updates and photos, I was completely at ease to enjoy a night on the town. My doggo had a blast with their dogs and I know he got the love and attention I would give him. Dog day care at its best. Would give 6 stars if I could. Highly highly recommended!!!”
“Maddie and Granger were awesome! Chessie had such a good time and was exhausted when she got home—a good sign, for her! She even ate for Maddie, which is astonishing—she is sooo finicky! We got pictures and video and could definitely tell she was having fun. When she got home she curled up on the sofa and crashed. We can’t wait for her to go back!”

“While vacationing in Myrtle Beach I stayed in a motel that did not allow pets so needed to find d inoggy day care near me. My dog is a 60 lb wire haired griffon, sweet natured, but needs her walks every day. Oceana provided loving care to my spoiled baby- took her for long walks, followed my feeding and care instructions, and lots of snuggles on the couch. I was more than satisfied with her care and would recommend her.”

Each day the photos showed the dogs more comfortable looking though they were too small for the fence restraint, she took them for walks often. I will definitely leave them with Mary again. “Debby, or “Aunt Debby” as Knox calls her 😊 provided the best care that I could ask for. I was able to relax on my vacation with peace of mind that my best friend was at home with her. Debby sent informative updates and photos so being away from him was easier. I think he’ll sleep like a baby for a week since she exercised him routinely. He’s a black Lab and it’s hot here in Myrtle Beach, but I didn’t worry since Debby’s level of emergency medical knowledge is far beyond that of any kennel. I will definitely book Camp Debby next time I need to travel without him. Thank you!!!!”
