About: Before I moved to College of Charleston I pet sat around my neighborhood for around 2 years. I also have 4 dogs at home including a foster dog currently and would love to meet y'all's furry friends because I don’t have an animal in my dorm currently! I can walk your doggies pretty much any time except for Wednesday's and Sunday's! typically on weekdays it’s after 12pm, and on Saturdays it’s all day! I take care of my animals with love. sticking to their schedule while involving the upmost playfulness and kindness. I will clean up after them, and like i would with my own dogs and cats put their safety and health first. About: Growing up I wanted to bring home every stray I saw and now, at the age of 27, I’m blessed to have been able to open my doors to 4 stray kittens, bringing my total to a whopping 7 cats. I suppose that may qualify me for a “crazy cat lady” title. I have experience with cats of all ages and temperaments, including behavioral issues and special needs kitties. One of my own is blind but has a big enough attitude to make up for it. About: Hi! My name is Savannah! I have two young lab mixes named Rocky and Whiskey. We are very active and enjoy hiking, swimming, and going on walks. I think it’s important not only to physically exercise a dog, but mentally exercise them as well. I enjoy creating puzzles and games for Rocky and Whiskey that stimulate their brain. As I was searching for a boarding kennel nearby, I noticed the lack of quality boarding kennels. I wanted Rocky and Whiskey to be able to have a similar schedule to our own to help follow what we’ve been working on in training classes. If you board dogs in a home, you can control a lot more of the atmosphere and that can help ease your dog’s anxiety while you’re away. I understand that pet owners want updates to ease their own anxiety and I’m happy to provide photos and updates. I enjoy meeting new dogs and their owners! As you can see from my photos, I have experience in a wide variety of dogs of different shapes and sizes. I would love to take your pup on a hike, go swim in the lake, or just play fetch in the backyard. I would love to keep your dog's routine as similar to their home life as possible. I would also love to match their activity level. My dogs are very high energy and needs a lot of walks and playtime during the day, but I understand your dog may not join us for all of them. I have a fenced in yard, rocky and whiskey are happy to keep your dog company! Rocky and Whiskey both have a lot of energy and loves to play and is crate trained so he can be put up easily if your dog needs a break. I normally wake up around 6:30 AM and let Rocky and Whiskey out to go to the bathroom. After their breakfast, we go on about a mile walk in the neighborhood. I leave for work at 8 AM and am back by noon. During lunch, Rocky, Whiskey and I will play with the Chuck- it. When I get home at 4:30 PM, I let Rocky and Whiskey out to play and they spends the rest of the night out of the crate. I try and take them on a run, or to a spot nearby where they can swim. On weekends, we like to go hiking and play in the backyard. I have a fenced backyard and dogs that will love to play with yours! We play a LOT of fetch and go on a lot of walks because my dogs are both high energy.

“Communication was excellent. This was my first time using Rover for doggie daycare. There were multiple people on site who were helping care for the dogs during the day. My dog was able to play with other medium-sized dogs. She definitely got enough exercise, and she is a higher energy dog breed (Husky). They also sent me a picture of her playing with some other dogs. And, they have air conditioned space available indoors for hotter days. We had a good experience and I would recommend them!”

About: Hello! I have taken care of many different types of animals, all shapes and sizes ever since I was 15 years old. I have taken care of cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, and fish! Whether it’s just one fur baby, or even up to six at a time, I can do it! I love animals and have a cat and four fish of my own—I have had a few dogs in the past as well! I would love to get to know your pets and take care of them if you need help! :) I am typically free most week days and weekends anytime to walk, feed, or play with pets. Mondays and Wednesdays I am more busy in the morning time due to classes, however I can still do drop-ins before and after on those days as well! For my current pets I keep my fish in a 50 gallon tank since they are smaller, but love the space. For my cat, Squash, she stays in my main unit with me free to roam around and cuddle with me whenever she likes. I do not offer boarding services since my complex only allows a certain amount of pets at a time.

About: I’ve been an animal lover since I’d first discovered them as a young child, it never mattered the type or size, I’ve always been drawn to them. I grew up in the PNW where I spent many years in 4-H, showing horses and participating in our local county fair. One of the kittens we took in is completely blind, amongst other things, and had required daily medication at times. She also suffers from behavioral issues which is why I’m so adamant on being patient with animals. They are learning every day, just as we are. About: Before I moved to College of Charleston I pet sat around my neighborhood for around 2 years. I also have 4 dogs at home including a foster dog currently and would love to meet y'all's furry friends because I don’t have an animal in my dorm currently! I can walk your doggies pretty much any time except for Wednesday's and Sunday's! typically on weekdays it’s after 12pm, and on Saturdays it’s all day! I take care of my animals with love. sticking to their schedule while involving the upmost playfulness and kindness. I will clean up after them, and like i would with my own dogs and cats put their safety and health first. If there was ever something to happen, immediately calling their owner and sticking by their 4 legged side!
About: I have taken care of pets for friends, family, and my own for over 30 years. I foster for the Cavalier Rescue USA and find fostering very rewarding. I will take care of your pets like they are my own. I work full-time but can do drop-ins in the evening during weekdays, on the weekends my availability is flexible. I do require a meet and greet before confirming a booking. Boarding in my home is possible with cat-friendly dogs. Overnight stays and boarding will be considered upon request. I live in a townhouse with an amazing courtyard. My cat loves to hang out and lay in the sun and relax. She loves to hide in the areas of the courtyard that have large plants. The area in Lexington where I live has great sidewalks and greenspace, thus a great place for exercise for your dog should they board with me.
About: Our house was like a zoo growing up, so I've always been around a wide range of animals, from dogs, cats, horses, cows, you name it! For that reason, I have loads of experience with animals. Yet, other than my own animals I have only been sitting as needed for family or neighbors. I’m currently working a part time job while going to school. I do have breaks in between that should give me time to work around schedules! I am willing to do whatever is needed for your pets. I can walk, feed, water, clean, stay over and have as many play dates as you ask.
About: My husband, Max and I have both grown up with and cared for dogs for most of our lives. Max and I also have our own dog, Ziggy, whom we absolutely spoil and adore! We are both wildlife biologists and true animal lovers. Between my flexible schedule and Max’s work from home schedule, we can assure that your pet will be in the best possible care while you are away! In addition to caring for your dog(s), we can also provide care for scaly critters too as we have years of experience caring for snakes and lizards. I am a graduate student at Clemson and have a variable and somewhat flexible schedule, however Max works from home and can be pretty flexible if needed. We’ll do everything we can to ensure that your pets’ daily routine is as uninterrupted as possible! Please let us know of any and all quirks, triggers, and special needs so that we can make sure that your pet is as comfortable as possible while you’re away.
About: I have three rescue dogs, including a senior dog and a puppy. I’m very used to caring for anxious dogs. For kitty owners, I’ve had family cats I cared for up until I was 16! I’m a recent college grad taking time at home with my parents & doggies while job searching! I currently work a retail job, and am unavailable on select days. However, I may still be able to do a check-in/walk depending on the time— so just ask! I can crate dogs as needed, follow any mealtime and medication procedures and will prioritize playtime with your animals! Each of my three pets are vastly different and each have their own schedules and procedures. Just let me know what works best for your pet!
About: I have helped my brother train his dog, and am currently helping to train a puppy for the people I babysit for. During my time nannying, I have also looked after 2 giant St.Berdoodles and have administered medications to them, and they have a fancy dinner routine I’m working two other jobs and go to school, but there is a gap in between my schedule on the weekdays most days from 11am-4pm. Animals always come first though, so I’d rather be a few minutes late to a job to take care of an animal I tend to keep the pet that I am watching away from any other pets in the apartment, and will sometimes acclimate them to the other animals. My dog doesn’t like cats and when he comes to my apartment I make sure my dog is in my room and if he is out then the cat has a closed door to her room

About: I have always had dogs and can't imagine my life without them. I have a special love for large dogs and currently have a 6 month old Great Dane. I have raised and loved several other dogs throughout my life including Great Danes, German Shepherds, and a Rottweiler. I would be grateful for the opportunity to share my love with your fur baby, large or small. I currently work from home and I am available Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. I have a Great Dane puppy so pet care in my home is around the clock.
