The neighborhood was very nice, her home was clean and organized, she had a fenced in yard, twin boys which I am sure my dog loved to be around, and the a sweet weiner dog. We did a meet and greet beforehand so Dali could meet her dogs, and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. She asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure she understood Dali’s needs and routine so she could care for him the best way possible. During his stay, she constantly sent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also very flexible and understanding when my flight got delayed and I ended up picking Dali up an hour later than planned. When I picked him up, he looked very happy and well cared for. About: Over the course of my life I’ve owned dogs, cats, rabbits, and multiple different types of reptiles. Currently my family has two dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon that I care for. I have worked at a vet clinic, and gained a lot of experience with animals. I am currently playing college soccer and studying biology with a concentration in pre-vet. I’m home from college for the summer so I have a lot of extra free time that I’m hoping to fill. Plus my job right now is very flexible. The last time I pet sat at someone’s house, the dogs had a fenced in yard with a doggy door, so I didn’t have to do much other than feed them, make sure everything was right in the house, and give them attention. About: I absolutely adore pups of every size and personality! At home, I have a Shih Tzu, a Dalmatian (we thought he was a Lab until we did DNA testing!), and a sweet little Chihuahua. Each one is so different, but together they make the perfect pack. All of my dogs came from tough beginnings, but their resilience and ability to love inspires me every day. At home, we keep things relaxed and let the pups be themselves. We always keep fresh water available (three bowls downstairs that I’m constantly refilling!). About: I have had to take care of puppies since I was 9 years old and throughout out my teenager years until adulthood. I cared for the most sensitive dogs including English bull dogs, Boxers and Doberman Pinchers. I also rescued stray dogs . I have also nourished my sick dog back to health when doctor had no diagnosis. He was given a death sentence but I cured him. About: We have many animals at our home, we have a two year old lab, 2 cats and 14 chickens. We’ve had a senior dachshund, senior lab and senior cat before so we are all well versed in the care of different animals at different stages. I am currently a stay at home mom so I am able to make our schedule whatever it needs to be to properly care for your animals while you are away. We have a yard with privacy fence so animals can run freely in the yard. We have a two year old lab that does wonderfully with other dogs and would love to be your pets playmate. About: I’m very big pet lover, grew up on a farm in maine. I just moved to south carolina not to long ago with my boyfriend and our dog and two cats! I’m free every day of the week, except for wednesday and thursday. but if needed i can fit you in, i can do weekends also! I have a fenced in yard for my pup, my two cats are indoor cats. I love talking to them and making them feel special. So when I am in your home, they are more than free to lay on me, next to me or on my lap. About: My grandmother used to feed a cat colony and I think that’s what sparked my love for animals. Growing up in Corey Woods, some of my furry neighbors included Shorty & Sammy, and Pepper. We did a meet and greet beforehand so Dali could meet her dogs, and she was very attentive throughout the whole process. During his stay, she constantly sent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. This setup works especially well for puppies, anxious dogs, seniors, or dogs who simply do better with a calmer environment. About Our Home & Routine: We live in a quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with a fully fenced backyard where pups can safely play, sniff, and explore. Dogs enjoy regular potty breaks, supervised playtime, enrichment activities, belly rubs, and lots of companionship throughout the day. I also closely follow feeding routines and medication schedules when needed. Meet Josie: We also have our sweet chocolate Lab,Josie! She is extremely friendly and social and has done wonderfully with every person, dog, and cat she has met so far. Josie enjoys meeting friendly dogs and would love a playmate during your pup's stay. Meet & Greets & Communication: I highly encourage meet & greets before boarding, especially for first-time stays. I want both you and your pup to feel comfortable and confident before booking. Communication is very important to me, and I always do my best to stay flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Boarding & Doggy daycare: Doggy day care pickup is by 5 PM. If pickup is needed after 5 PM, please book boarding instead so I can properly accommodate your pup's evening and overnight care routine. Boarding Requirements: To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, I currently only accept: • Dogs that are reasonably potty trained • Friendly dogs that do well around people and other dogs • Dogs that are up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention Because I provide care in my personal home, I may not be the best fit for dogs with severe separation anxiety, destructive behaviors, or frequent indoor accidents.
