While Tahlia has love children in the past, she is older and hasn’t been around a lot of kids in a number of years. Leanna was great making sure Tahlia felt loved by her sweet girls but also making sure Tahlia wasn’t overwhelmed. About: Ever since I was little I've preferred the company of pets over people. My first job was at petco as a sales associate then after in the grooming salon and there i blossomed into who I am now! Currently taking a break from work after my stroke and what better way to spend that down time than cuddling with your babies? My favorite thing to do is work with animals and it truly does not feel like work to me. I dont have a fenced in yard so all walks are on leash. I do have long lines for times they need to stretch their legs and will be adding seperated fenced in areas for the dogs to have some safe secure fun in the good weather times.

About: I've taken care of dogs (of various breeds) since I was in middle school. I have done short-term and long-term care both out of my house or going over to the owner's house. About: I have owned dogs for over 34 years. Our dogs have ranged from Great Pyreneese and Grey Hounds down to 5 pound chihuahuas. Our last dog (Jack the teacup Chihuahua) lived until he was 18 years old. We decided it would be fun to help others board their beloved dogs as we had the privilege of using house sitters many times over the last 34 years. I am an adjunct faculty at a nearby University and teach almost exclusively online. My schedule at home is pretty much that of a stay at home mom. My husband and I love to take long walks and have always in the past included our dogs. We have a large home (2700 square ft) with no stairs. We have a large fenced in backyard and we do have an in ground pool. I always go outside with our dogs as I do not trust hawks and owls (especially with small breeds) and not all dogs are familiar with pools. I love to share my couch with pets to get extra cuddle time in. We allow dogs in every room of our home and invite smaller dogs into bed with us. Food and water is always available (except when an owner wants a specific schedule). Most of the home is wood floors with the exception of our living room.

My children love animals and are used to being around various breeds and types. We have large fenced in back yard, in addition 5 acres to take the dogs on leashed walks. We never leave the dogs outside alone and the cats we watch remain inside unless they are leash trained. I’m very happy to learn what works best for your pet. I would not leave them outside unattended, if I have to leave the house for some reason they would go in their crate or be in the house depending on your needs. I’m happy to do crates or whatever would make your pet feel most comfortable, but it is not a requirement that they have a crate. We usually find the dogs feel safer when they can sleep with us in our room if that is okay with you. We want all the animals happy and most importantly safe!

If your pet has access to a fenced yard, I’ll keep a watchful eye to ensure they’re happy and safe while they run around. About: I’ve grown up around Animals my whole life and currently have a mini farm. I’m experienced with almost every type of animals including bunnies, reptiles, cats, dogs, fish, birds, and live stock and have been house sitting since I was 13. I am a huge advocate for animal assisted therapy and am currently attending college to get my degree in order to bring animals into my work as a psychologist. I’ve taken care of plenty of animal emergencies and even revived dying chickens. I’m not scared of getting dirty or anything else that comes with with taking care of your animals. I also enjoy sending picture updates whenever I can so the owners know what is going on with their pet. I would love to come watch your fur babies for you! I am currently in school three days a week and for only a few hours on those days, the rest of my time is free. I prefer to follow a daily check list of general tasks, then I play with them and their favorite toys or just give them company depending on your pets needs.

About: My first job was at a German Shepherd training facility when I was 16. I was responsible for bathing, feeding, exercising, and playing with the dogs! I was one of their main caretaker for a couple years. I was also the primary puppy trainer at the facility. About: I have been caring for a variety of pets ranging from cats and dogs to rodents and horses since I was 12 years old. Since then I have fully trained my own dog to do basic tasks but also to “find” things (such as an inhaler for my mom) and stand with her back to my calves if we are in crowded areas. I am always learning new ways to better care for pets and new tricks for my own dog! I have just graduated from university so I am currently searching for a full-time job in my field. That means for now I am completely free to help out with pets whether that means walking, drop in visits, or house sitting.
