She had mentioned to me at the meet and greet that this was her busiest Christmas week yet with a lot of bookings. I have worked in retail for a few years now and Christmas week can be so overwhelming, especially with now that I travel for family while having pets at home. I am so appreciative that she was able to show them care and attention even with one of the craziest weeks of the year. I had booked her in advance but even then I was worried and anxious about this. My job had me scheduled christmas eve, and then I was taking a midnight train to Florida that night. Plus this would be the first night that my cats were alone together without me. About: I grew up in a household full of animals, three dogs and three cats. I’ve experienced my fair share of pets needs for as long as I can remember. I also love to foster puppies when I get the chance, even though they can be really tricky. I raised my puppy malibu during quarantine and took care of her constantly making sure she was potty trained and getting all her puppy energy out. They are my main 2 priorities but I am always willing to discuss how I can fit into you and your pets schedule! I have my own toy poodle named Cody at home and we go for walks everyday. We love to take runs after I get off of school and come back for a nice lunch with some rest. While I take care of others dogs, I ensure they have clean water and food bowls, that they get fresh air, and enough time to use the bathroom. About: I have grown up in a household full of animals. I’ve always been the kid to stop and help an animal. I love watching animals aswell as trying to teach them tricks ! I am a babysitter and figured this could also be a fun task with something i enjoy doing as a broke college student. “Lexi’s was a FANTASTIC sitter with Mazzy. She offers a well organized and safe option for boarding your fur baby. She sent videos of my Mazzy playing with other dogs in her spacious backyard and training one on one and with other dogs. Opportunities that I can’t with just one dog. “I'd recommend Michael to anyone. We were first time Rover users and a little nervous. He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. They watched Birdie for a week and we got her back happy and healthy, and we wouldn't hesitate to send her to them again in the future.”
