We have baby gates to prevent dogs from going to the upstairs portion of our house, which leaves the entire downstairs for play, roaming, and resting.

Recently retired and home 24/7. I have a super flexible schedule to allow for plenty of play time and walks around my farm. I have a super large, fenced yard with two 7 year old Border Collies who get along with everyone and everything. In addition, I have a large screened porch for an additional space. My experience with pets starts in high school when I volunteered at the local animal shelter cleaning out kennels, grooming and playing with cats and dogs. We had to unexpectedly move up our reservation and ended up extending on the other end as well and she was happy and willing to make the adjustment last minute. We love that someone is home all day with Shadow (what he’s used to at our home) and Shadow gets along great with Dax. He comes home with a hangover from the fun he’s had! And is always a better listener to commands when he comes home as well. They also send great photos, Shadow always seems to be smiling or passed out from play and they are very responsive to questions. We will continue to use them in the future.”
