About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, I was surrounded by all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to hamsters and rats—and I’ve always loved caring for animals. I’ve also had the opportunity to foster kittens and gain hands-on experience with a variety of pets. My mom was a veterinary technician for 30 years, so I grew up learning a lot about animal care, behavior, and what it means to keep pets happy and healthy. At 18, I started my own pet-sitting business back home in Connecticut. When I moved out of state, I left the business behind, but I’ve always wanted to get back into pet sitting—and now feels like the perfect time! I currently have two cats and two ball pythons of my own. My schedule is also very flexible right now, which means I’m able to give your pets plenty of time, attention, and care. My time spent with your pets will involve lots of love and cuddles, walks and playtime, as well as treats as appropriate. About: I’ve had cats in my family since I was young and have cared for cats with very different personalities. I’m comfortable with friendly, social cats, but I also understand that some cats need time to warm up to a new person. I have experience with timid or nervous cats and won’t force attention or interaction if they aren’t comfortable. I’m also comfortable following special feeding routines, giving medications as instructed, cleaning litter boxes, providing playtime, and making sure they get plenty of attention in whatever way they prefer. Our 2 cats absolutely loved her and were excited to see her at each visit, refreshing bc they don’t usually do well with new people right away. We will absolutely be booking with Marie again in the future for other trips out of town. We felt super comfortable with her instantly from the moment she came to do a meet and greet with our cats. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 14 years old for friends & families! From big dogs to little ones! I’ve grown up around labs, I also have 2 Siberian huskies and a cat! I have my kitten with in south carolina his name is Boone! MWF Classes: 10:00am-1:50pm work 4-9pm TUES: Class 1:40-2:50pm Thurs: Class 8am-10:30am 1:40-2:50pm weekends: open I work 4-9 but can stop between classes & work and again after. weekends are a lot more open as I do not have classes. “My boyfriend and I went to myrtle beach for a little weekend get away before we started up college again. We decided to take our dog, haezel with us, because she’d never been on a trio or saw the beach before. I’m currently attending Unity Environmental University, working toward my Bachelor of Science in Companion Animal Behavior. My program is fully online, which means I can bring my laptop with me and easily keep up with coursework during overnight stays or extended sits. Ever since moving to south carolina full time I haven’t pet sat as often, but I would love to get back into it since I have a lot of free time now! I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, cats, lizards, and guinea pigs! Over the years I learned how to administrate oral injections and how to apply topical cream to animal. I also have experience with giving medication throughout the day, whether that’s administrating it by mouth or putting it in a treat for them! My schedule typically changes every week, but I am a server and I do not work full time. I am a recent Coastal Carolina graduate, and now have a lot of free time on my hands throughout the day! I would care for your animals just like I was caring for my own fur babies! I do have a cat at home, and if you needed me to keep your animal at my house, I would have no problem putting my animal in another room to keep your animal safe, if they didn’t get along. In my neighborhood I have two dog parks that are fenced in for outdoor activity. If needed to stay at clients home, I would treat the home as my own and act in a respectful manner. Main goal would be to take care of the pet and make sure they are in a safe/ fun environment!
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats frequently since middle school, often in house sitting settings as well. I have had dogs throughout my entire life and have many friends with cats and have spent ample time with them. I have dealt with numerous animals with health issues or problems, including older pets and puppies. My family rescued a puppy this past year, and I took on a large responsibility in training and watching him during his more crucial stages. I am currently a full-time student at Coastal Carolina University and play club volleyball. I have always worked and played a sport full time alongside school, and after transferring here recently, I have found myself with time for a job. With a schedule that makes my routine look different day by day I have found this would be a great fit as I can be flexible in working with clients. My weekends are free and I have lots of longer gaps throughout my day between classes which could be valuable to those who have to leave their pets for long periods of time. I'm from colorado so going home is not an option for me often and widens my availbilty. I have experience working in apartments, houses, ect of all kinds. Often my pet care includes house sitting which I am very comfortable with. I understand the value and basic decency of respect to others homes and possesions. The golden rule is a fundamental aspect of how I operate in my day to day and I would never do something I wouldnt want done to me, my pets or my home. I am a very honest person and would not hesitate to communicate anything that happens in my time with clients pets or their homes. Honesty is the best policy and valuable in maintinging proper care. I am a great problem solver and have lots of experience with handling conflict. I have grown up very indepentdent and am confident people in my life would consider me to be highly reliable and responsible. Positions as team captains, tutoring and as an RA speak to these traits.
About: My whole worlds revolves around my 4 fur babies and I can assure you that yours will become family to me. I have taken care of dogs since my first puppy at 10 years old, but I also have experience with puppies only 1 day old to senior ages. I am currently dog mama to 4 beautiful samoyeds. I work with dogs and their families on obedience, leash skills, everyday manners, and behavior challenges. Many of the dogs I help are everyday family dogs who need guidance with things like pulling on leash, barking, jumping, reactivity, or learning how to settle in the home. About: I adopted my own boy and learned a lot just from our short visits in the shelter. I was asked to volunteer at the shelter for my strong dedication to helping him learn and providing the love he needed. I currently work at the hospital with an unusual shift.
