About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.

We also have installed automatic-closing doors to all our outside doors to ensure safety and little chance of a beloved pet escaping. We have a brand-new 6-foot wooden privacy fence enclosing our backyard, providing a secure area for dogs to exercise, stretch, and explore during supervised potty breaks and play sessions. Guests stay in our large climate-controlled sunroom outfitted with seven kennels, giving each dog their own secure space to rest comfortably between outdoor time, meals, and enrichment. Crate rotation and routine breaks are built into our daily schedule, ensuring dogs have consistency and predictability. Crate & House Access Policy • Crating is standard when we are away or sleeping, and during rest periods. • Potty breaks are offered approximately every 2 hours during waking hours. • For older, calm, fully house-trained, non-destructive, and cat-friendly dogs, free-roam house access may be considered on a case-by-case basis with owner request and compatibility assessment. • Dogs with separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or unsafe habits (counter-surfing, door-bolting, etc.) will remain on our structured crate schedule for their safety. About: I’m the owner of Barnyard Pet Retreat. I do dog/cat boarding out of my own home. It’s my full time job so I’ll be with them at all times. I have multiple dogs of my own and I am home full time. So, your fur babies will be monitored and loved at all times! I have a great potty routine that my dogs are currently on.
