“Our Louis is a 5-month old yorkiepoo, weighs 6 pounds, and has never stayed with anyone other than family. We were apprehensive about leaving him with non-family for 5 days while we cruised but did not have a choice. We searched Rover, chatted with a few people, found Nontombe and the end result is that we (and apparently Louis) completely adore Nontombe. Nontombe sent us videos and pictures and it was clear to see Louis was right at home with someone who loved on him and played with him. We were also worried about how Louis would get along with the other dogs being cared for but Nontombe outlined her plan to us to introduce Louis and what would happen if the dogs did not get along and the videos and pictures of Louis and the other dogs made us feel even more comfortable. It was also clear to us that Nontombe loves animals and is great with them. We recommend her for the care of your young and older fur babies and personally, we won’t use anyone else.”

About: I've grown up taking care of cats and dogs. My professional pet sitting experience includes small and large dog breeds, as well as cats. I have a background in animal science and care so I am the ideal sitter for pets with high medical needs and elderly pets. I am willingly to take dogs on long walks or runs, and take them to the park. I am not certified, but I can do basic training (sit, stay, etc) and leash training. While I don't have any dogs of my own, I will welcome yours with open arms and care for them as if they're mine! I live in a spacious, two story house and have ample room for your pet to play. My yard is fenced in and very secure. Since there are stairs in my house, dogs with hip or back problems may sleep downstairs. I keep a clean home. If it is a faint smell of dog pee, it’s because dogs do use the restroom on my carpet (I am a dog sitter and most dogs do so in my home, especially the “not so potty trained” ones). I am available mainly on the weekends, but during the week I am usually free for pet care/drop off/pick up. I have a fenced yard and a walking trail in my neighborhood for anytime the pups need to go out. I can keep your dog crated or let them roam free around the majority of the house if I am not home. I am available to feed and water your pets in the morning, afternoon, and evening if need be.
About: I have had animals my whole life, never been able to live without at least 2. I love working with animals and their unique personalities. Every animal has their own quirks, and I would love to help care for your fur baby! I am available any days for boarding. Ruth and I go for a walk in the morning, in the evening, as well as playing out in the yard in between. We spend most of the night playing or lounging around the house. Ruth is typically crated at home, and I would prefer for your dog to have a crate as well so they have a space all to their own while staying with us. I have a large yard and a fence, and always monitor the dogs when outside. When interacting with any animal, I always make sure to be calm and gentle. About: While most of my pet care has been focused on cats, I do have experience caring for dogs as well. I have cared for animals of all different ages, health levels, and necessary care levels. I have been relied upon for walks, feeding, playtime, and medicine distribution for both family dogs and friends’ dogs. I am a university student with a flexible schedule, but I do go home to work and over the summer. I would love to help you take care of your sweet fur babies whenever you need me! I have a fenced in yard where my two dogs are able to romp around a little bit and have good space to go to the bathroom. I also have a pool in the yard so they are able to swim and cool down. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was little. I’ve taken care of, feed played with and walked family and friends dogs and always made sure they were safe I’m currently not working so I have time to play and walk with your pups. I am able to board any day of the week at anytime! I do not have a fenced in yard but can assure you that your pups will be safe at all times. I have an older dog (8 yrs) who is the absolute best with other puppies!
