Jack stayed in a bedroom of his own with supplies and blankets we packed from home. Raquel assured me it was very quiet and calm in her house even if other pets are also staying with her, but in separated rooms and spaces. She played and cuddled with him daily (or tried to with a 16.5 year old cat). The supplies and blankets were cleaned and returned at the end of his stay. I will book Jack for future stays since everything went so well!”

About: I have had many dogs in my life and also care for my friends dogs and cats when they are out of town. Fur babies have been very happy to know me. I am currently unemployed and am home all day to care for your babies, puppers, and kitty’s except for the standard errand or two. Cant wait to meet! I have an open floor plan and six cats at home. If your fur baby isn’t open to other animals or cats I can put my kitty’s in a separate room and they’ll be just as happy! Unfortunately I cannot board hunting breeds as just the sound/smell of my cats have been known to make them too anxious even with my cats in the sun room. When at your home your fur babies will be cared for and loved on just as if they were mine and if it was you!

About: I have a companion of my own, tenji, and I use to have a beautiful pitty, so I understand how hard it may be to find a trustworthy pet sitters who will take good care of your furry friends. But have trust in me and my little home to look after your furry buddies while you work, go to important meetings or spend the day to yourself, either or, so I hope to see new faces! I currently working part time, but my boyfriend, who has experience in rover as well, will be home, when I’m not around, as he works morning and I work nights, a perfect balance to make sure your friends aren’t alone day and night. When it comes to having a new introductions I would separate or cage them and allow them to get to know each other and get use to each others presences, I had no issues in the past doing so and it leaves dogs who have not socialized before, leave with new friends and a busy day of playing

Although I have only been pet sitting for the last five years, I have grown up with dogs as pets and firmly believe that pets are family. I'm an artist that works from home, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have a lot of availability and love to go for walks!! I live in an apartment with a roomy balcony but am more than happy to keep the pups inside with me and take them on walks with me up to 2 times a day. There is a pet park with a fenced yard for the dogs of the apartment that I would be so happy to take them to if that is their thing! I can cater to most pet needs except hyperactive pets that need a lot of room to run throughout the day. My husband and I don't allow dogs on the bed but we are perfectly fine with a kennel or pet bed! Perfectly! I have a flexible schedule which allows me to watch the dogs all day and provide flexible timelines for pickups and drop-offs. About: I have experience with taking care of all dogs, medical needs, young at hearts and old souls alike. I have one large love that was a rescue. I have been a foster for dogs for quite some time. Every dog that has entered my home has been loved and cared for as if they were my own pups. I currently work from home which allows me to have time to supervise and interact with your pet all day. I am able to let dogs out to play or use the bathroom at least every hour if needed. I have a 6ft fence that surrounds my backyard to ensure that your dog stays safe at my home. In my house, your dog will have the ability to roam freely. My dogs are allowed on the furniture, so if that is something you are okay with, your dog will be allowed too. I do have an extra large wire crate that I used with my dogs when they were young, so you will not need to provide a crate if your dog requires that. If your dog does not use a crate, that is fine too. Charlie is a 100lb mix that is very friendly. He will play with other dogs if that is what they want and he will also lay and be very relaxed.

About: When my rescue dog Honey came into my life, I had to learn a lot about loving reactive dogs! I know how hard it can be to find someone you trust to care for a difficult dog when you need it. Please note that all rates on Rover are my base rates. After a meet and greet where we discuss your dog's needs, any rates may be increased accordingly with services required. For overnight stays with high anxiety, very high energy, or other cases that require specialized care, expect at least $50 per night for a single dog. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate almost anything! I would prefer 2 days notice, but I understand life can change quickly and your pup still needs care. I will do my best with same day requests but cannot offer a guarantee. With my own dog at home, I cannot offer boarding, but I am more than happy to come see your dog in their home environment. I am happy to do drop ins or walks for homes with cats, however I cannot stay overnight in homes with cats due to allergies.

Raquel assured me it was very quiet and calm in her house even if other pets are also staying with her, but in separated rooms and spaces. She played and cuddled with him daily (or tried to with a 16.5 year old cat). The supplies and blankets were cleaned and returned at the end of his stay. I will book Jack for future stays since everything went so well!”

“We used Andrew and his family to keep our two dogs while on vacation recently. We had the best experience! Andrew was super organized and had the dogs’ food/medicine details and schedule on a whiteboard, and we received amazing pictures of the dogs enjoying their stay. Perhaps the most important thing though, is that Andrew truly welcomed our dogs into his family for the week! The dogs were often seen in pictures playing with his kids, getting snuggles from the grownups, cooling off in his kids’ sandbox, and truly just part of their entire daily routine. To be honest, I think my pups were sad and a little disappointed to come home because they had so much fun! We will be using Andrew again soon for another trip!”
