“Having only rescued our dog two months ago and finding out we had to go away for two weeks and were unable to take her with us, I was very apprehensive about finding the right people to leave her with. However, Luciana and Carlos were wonderful with our girl Mattie. We did a meet and greet a couple days before and Mattie did wonderful with Luciana and Carlos. They have a huge fenced in back yard for Mattie to run and play in. We received daily photos and video of her. Luciana and Carlos treated Mattie as part of their family. In the summertime, morning bathroom breaks are longer to allow for plenty of playtime before it gets too hot outside. I provide at LEAST 4 bathroom breaks throughout the day. During peak heat hours, outside breaks are shorter but indoor play is prioritized. Once things cool off in the evening, I provide another longer playtime outside. Not every dog cares for or does well with other dogs so temperament testing will be done before they are free to play with the others. All dogs are supervised when out at all times. Dogs in my home will be kenneled for bedtime or if I need to run a short errand (groceries, doctor appointment, private training lesson with a client, etc.) Care in the client's home will be discussed before the job starts.
