Happy to care for pets of any age and willing to administer medications or provide other special needs to pets if needed. I have a lot of free time in the next couple of months as I am waiting to start a job a few months from now. I will have plenty of time to drop in to check on pets, regular walks, and boarding! I have a very friendly dog that gets along well with cats and dogs alike. I am happy to welcome your pet into my home or come to your home to care for your fur babies too.

“Lexie was great with communication. Huck had a great day with the other dogs! I appreciated that she rinsed him off before I picked him up too. He had fun in the run and got a bit dirty. :). Loved the horses, goats and chickens. Will use again- only drawback is location isn’t very close to my home.”

“Jack has separation anxiety from me and won’t eat for anyone or go #2 or anyone but me, not even my parents. Megan made Jack feel so comfortable he was able to do both! About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember — caring for them isn’t just something I do, it’s something I love. I’ve shared my life with so many kinds of creatures over the years: dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits, birds, fish, hamsters, and even a bearded dragon. Each one has taught me something about presence, trust, and unconditional love. I have a calm, confident energy that helps animals feel safe and seen. I’m comfortable with senior pets, puppies, and those who need medication or special care. I’ve been doing this for over twenty years, and I bring both deep experience and genuine heart to every animal I meet. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, and doggy daycare — everything except overnight stays in my home. Whether your pet needs a peaceful companion, an attentive caregiver, or someone who simply gets them, I’ll show up with gentleness, reliability, and real love. As a stay-at-home potter, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets consistent, loving care. I can provide morning and afternoon visits for walks, meals, and play, as well as in-home care during longer stretches while I manage my creative work. Weekends or flexible blocks allow for longer walks, extra playtime, or special needs care. My schedule lets me meet pets’ needs while keeping a calm, attentive presence. I know what it’s like to love your pets like family — I’ve had animals in my life my whole life, and I understand how hard it can be to trust someone else with them. That’s why I bring calm, confident energy and treat every pet as if they were my own. I love caring for pets right in their own home, where they feel safe and comfortable. Being in a familiar space helps them stay relaxed, happy, and stress-free while you’re away. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages — from playful puppies to seniors — and with pets who need medication or special care. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, cuddles, or just quiet companionship, I make sure every pet feels loved, safe, and understood. I also keep your home cared for, so you can have peace of mind while you’re gone.

I just like specific instructions, I feel it makes it easier for everyone involved! Especially if I’m pet sitting in your home. That’s your safe space.
About: Over 4 years of dog walking and pet sitting (references gladly available) Skilled in managing high-energy dogs — I love long walks, runs, fetch sessions, and active play Also experienced with senior, fragile, or special-needs dogs, making sure they’re handled gently and safely Volunteered at a local animal shelter in middle school, walking and socializing dogs In high school, volunteered ~1 year at Camden Veterinary Clinic, assisting with animal care, handling, and general support Participated in dog rescue efforts, including fostering, transport, and rehabilitation Comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments — from overactive pit mixes to nervous small breeds Dependable, responsible, and not squeamish — able to clean up accidents, administer oral medications, or assist with basic care One client often led to many: many bookings come via referrals I'm currently attending school at USC, which leaves me with plenty of time around my classes. With my schedule, I only have class on certain days and am also free on weekends. I follow your instructions and guidance on pet care, while being mindful of your pet's health and well-being. I'm very observant and attuned to when a pet needs affection, exercise, or a bathroom break. I'm not intimidated by high-energy dogs. I've regularly walked and sat for large breeds that require a lot of exercise. I have dealt with "accidents" and administered medicine. I can be as communicative as you'd like, sending photos while you're away to make sure you feel good about your pet.

About: I have been caring for pets for 30 years. Not only my own pets, but our friends and families pets. I have rescued many dogs and cats over the years and even a bird or two. The pets have been puppies to seniors. I have trained many to use a bell at the door to go outside and go potty. I can do some basic training.. I have kept up with their training, started training for puppies being held for Christmas gifts, etc.I promise to love, care and cuddle your pets as l do mine. I have always been a stay at home mom since adopting my children. Now that they are 20 and 21, I’m just a homebody. I am able to tend to your babies 24/7. In my home, I will separate my pets as people bring in theirs. When the owners leave, I will introduce them one at a time. I can administer their medicine, do some light grooming, take on walks, and my schnauzer says he will let them play with his ball thrower. Oh, and pets will never be fed together.
