“Our Louis is a 5-month old yorkiepoo, weighs 6 pounds, and has never stayed with anyone other than family. We were apprehensive about leaving him with non-family for 5 days while we cruised but did not have a choice. We searched Rover, chatted with a few people, found Nontombe and the end result is that we (and apparently Louis) completely adore Nontombe. Nontombe sent us videos and pictures and it was clear to see Louis was right at home with someone who loved on him and played with him. We were also worried about how Louis would get along with the other dogs being cared for but Nontombe outlined her plan to us to introduce Louis and what would happen if the dogs did not get along and the videos and pictures of Louis and the other dogs made us feel even more comfortable. It was also clear to us that Nontombe loves animals and is great with them. We recommend her for the care of your young and older fur babies and personally, we won’t use anyone else.”

I have a background in animal science and care so I am the ideal sitter for pets with high medical needs and elderly pets. While I don't have any dogs of my own, I will welcome yours with open arms and care for them as if they're mine! I live in a spacious, two story house and have ample room for your pet to play. My yard is fenced in and very secure. Since there are stairs in my house, dogs with hip or back problems may sleep downstairs. I keep a clean home. If it is a faint smell of dog pee, it’s because dogs do use the restroom on my carpet (I am a dog sitter and most dogs do so in my home, especially the “not so potty trained” ones). About: While most of my pet care has been focused on cats, I do have experience caring for dogs as well. I have cared for animals of all different ages, health levels, and necessary care levels. About: Animal care is very important, I’ve provided pet sitting services for a while now almost 3 years to be exact. Animals should be taken as serious as children, and I will prove it!! Currently I work full time in the morning usually 6am to 12-2 in the afternoon so my services would usually entailed over night or afternoon care. About: I currently have two amazing dogs, Oslo and Annie. Oslo is a Labrador Pit Bull mix. I have taken care of him since he was a puppy. Annie is a Pit Bull mix. I got Annie when she was 2. Both dogs love to play out back in the fenced in yard. What sets me apart? I had a dog with 3 legs and he required special care. His name was Kal. I had a dog named Charlette. She was very overweight when I got her and I helped slim her down by adjusting her diet and walking. I got Charlette when she was old. I took care of her until she died of old age. I have taken care of dogs that were emotionally and physically abused by their previous owners and I have a huge heart for helping dogs through those awful situations. My current dog Annie is a classic example of a dog that can be an amazing companion even after emotional and physical abuse from a previous owner. I also volunteered at final victory through the doggy day out walking program. I participated in the Mardi Gras Parade with one of Final Victory dogs and I have volunteered at the Final Victory Campus to help with cleaning doggy bowls for all the dogs. I can work full time any day of the week. I am available for walking services or staying at the pets home for as many nights as needed. I do not offer boarding services at my home due to Annie still learning that other dogs are a safe space and mean no harm. I care for my pets by playing fetch, giving treats, playing tug of war with a rope, feeding, bathing, providing potty break, walking, and socializing with other dogs. I don't trim dogs nails.

“Sebastian is the absolute best! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He was responsive from booking til pick-up. He consistently updated me and sent many pictures of my baby, Caesar. Caesar has daily topical medicine that must be administered and Sebastian had no problem applying it for me. I truly believe Caesar felt like he was at home while in Sebastian’s care. I will absolutely be using his services again.”
