“Elaine and her husband did a wonderful job taking care of our dog and checking in with us daily. They have a great set up where the dogs can roam free in the house or in the fenced in yard and in the covered patio. It's great that they always have multiple dogs so there is plenty of play time. You can tell they really love animals. My pup will be back the next time we go out of town.”

“My first experience was amazing! Adrienne ensured my little one was safe and cared for. She walked me through the process with so much patience. A bonus…she is an amazing pet photographer!”

“Christina did an incredible job again with Keller. She sent me photos throughout the week of all her fun adventures. She made lots of friends with the other animals she was watching. Keller has truly formed a bond with Christina and loves her time spent at the house. There was a small mishap resulting in a scrape on Kellers face. But Christina kept me updated and kept the wound clean and ensured it was healing. I highly recommend booking with Christina.”

On top of that Victoria was sending pictures every few days to keep us posted. In fact it's clear that we have some work to do now that we are back as Victoria set the bar very high! :) Without hesitation, I would recommend Victoria to watch your little loved one while you are away.”

“Lauren is amazing and my senior dog loves her! In the past with other sitters or even family my dog has been anxious after we come home from trips but this is far from the case with Lauren. My dog acts like it’s here home away from home.”

“I’m so thankful to have Amanda to help me look after my cat. We have to be away from home often because of medical treatment and Amanda has been a huge help with looking after her when I cannot.”

About: I’ve been around cats my entire life and genuinely love caring for them and understanding their unique personalities. From playful kittens to shy seniors, I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to each cat’s individual needs and comfort level. I understand that cats thrive on routine, calm environments, and trust, and I always aim to make them feel safe, relaxed, and loved while their owners are away. I’m experienced with feeding schedules, litter box care, administering basic medications if needed, interactive playtime, and giving cats the space they need to warm up at their own pace. Whether your cat is energetic and social or quiet and reserved, I’ll care for them like family and make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and thoughtful care.

“Kaylee checked on my kitties and they seemed to take to her well - they’ll often hide when people they don’t know are at the house, but they came out and said hi the first visit! Kaylee completed all requested tasks and spent time playing with them. Will book again 🙂”

About: I have had animals all my life, dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I'm experienced with younger and older animals as well as giving medicines and other. I'm currently a college student and don't work so I have plenty of time to play with pups / kitties and come by for feedings and other. When pet sitting I typically will go by 2 to 3 times a day for feeding and play. I'm always careful around animals especially when they don't know me, I know some can take some time to warm up! I can do walks, play in house, or a backyard if allowed, and other general care.
“Erin was awesome!!!! She took such great care of our animals and was very communicative! She went above and beyond to make my animals feel safe and loved while we were away. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Macey took good care of Linxy and Lala. Our shy boy even came out of hiding a few times, which is rare with new people. Macey communicated well about any issues or changes in visit times.”

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I am in college to become a Vet I am currently getting my Bachelors in science right now. I was a kennel assistant at a Veterinary office so I know how to administer some medication and can help look for signs of distress and anxiety. I am currently a full time student, so once I get out of class I will go and take care and play with the animals. I will go to your house and feed, play with your animals. If the animals has a schedule then I will follow it the same.

About: I’m different from other cat sitters because I don’t just “check in” on cats—I take the time to truly care for them. I understand that every cat has their own personality, routines, and boundaries, and I respect all of it. Whether your cat is playful, shy, anxious, or a total diva, I move at their pace and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and litter habits, give genuine affection (when welcomed), and always prioritize a calm, clean environment. To me, cat sitting isn’t just a job—it’s building trust with your cat and peace of mind for you. 🐾
About: I am a previous dog owner and have the biggest heart when it comes to animals!! I’m great with bath time and training. I love the outdoors and have no problem spending plenty of time outside running around playing catch! There is a dog park in my neighborhood and plenty of places in the area if the dog isn’t use to other animals. I live 10 minutes from river walk and other great walking trails! I also have a nice size patio for sun bathing. I use to work at a dog kennel so I have experience working with every size dog from a chihuahua to an English mastiff. Keep me in mind for all of your dog walking and over night stays! Thank you!
About: I have lived on a farm and owned pets my whole life! I love animals and I'm very accustomed to taking care of them. I also occasionally house-sit and pet-sit for close friends and family! I am currently a part time college student in Lynchburg and I only have a residential class one day a week. I do work part time as a server so some days I might have to take care of your pet until I go to work in the afternoon and then return in the evening. Dog/house sitting works better for me because I live on a farm with lots of other animals, which can make it tricky to keep other pets in the house.

I can teach your pooch basic commands, such as sit, stay, lie down, and shake. I have experience with house training as well. I have a very open and flexible schedule. I am located in Rock Hill, and willing to travel within reason I currently work full time, but I am hoping that by using Rover I can change my schedule. I am hoping to pick up enough clients so that I can have a more flexible schedule. I am very courteous of other’s spaces and belongings. I will treat your home and pets just like my own, and I will always treat a client’s home with respect.

We will take regular bathroom breaks to go outside and I will walk your baby separately from my baby. Your baby will get lots of cuddles from me and get to play with my doggy as well. I live in an apartment so will only be boarding one pup at a time. My dog loves making other pup friends and will love having sleep overs. Your pup is welcome to cuddle with me on the couch or sleep in bed with me. I have a fenced patio area that my dog loves to hang out in and lay in the sun sometimes. As long as your pup isn’t small enough to get through the posts, he or she is welcome there too. We do have a dog park in my community in which they can play as well.

About: Husband & wife team that has dogs, cats & chickens on over a half acre. We love animals & can't wait to love on your fur baby! We have 5 cats, including two bonded pairs, and 2 with special needs. We have training experience for dogs as well. We have a special needs dog, and have been proud pet parents of two senior dogs for 5 years. We have experience from puppies to hospice care. We are well adept with different training and dietary needs, and love dog walks. Our large fenced in backyard (half an acre) and two catios give our pets plenty of space to explore. We also have invisble fence for the front yard. We are skilled at grooming and nail trimming and dog teeth brushing, as well as giving medication. We love to spoil our pets; so we have a multitude of pet sofas, dog beds, cat trees, and a comfy outdoor dog house. And we love to cuddle all pets, so bed snuggles are encouraged. However, we have crate trained and support that as well! We also work well with cat backpacks and harness trained cats! Since we are a couple and I am a stay at home mom with a large car, your pets will be doted on and given any adventures you’re comfortable with. We even have doggy seatbelts! I'm a stay at home mom and my husband works from home part time, so we have ample time to take care of your fur babies. We have a fenced-in yard and 3 friendly dogs for your dogs to play with, as well as a screened-in deck (that is really a catio) and an upstairs screened-in catio for any feline guests. We also have an invisible fence for the front yard, to make sure everyone is safes We have ample space and time for supervised fun. In a client’s home, we like to stick to the routine to which an animal is most accustomed to in order to minimize disruptions and stress. That being said, we are more than willing to give ample enrichment via new park walks, frisbee throwing or training exercises. We are also skilled at grooming dogs and cats, including nail clippings, if that is an interest. We love to give cuddles and share our bed and couch, but we have crate trained before and will do whatever is best for your pet. Special dietary issues are no concern, as we already deal with daily in our home.
About: I adore animals and their personalities. I have animals of my own! I have 4 dogs and 2 cats. 2 of my dogs are babies 8 months and 9 months old, 3 month old kitten. I’m up every morning walking feeding changing puppy pads as I’m in the process of potty training 2 puppies also in the process of litter box training my kitten. I try to stay on a routine especially for the animals, if that involves feeding medication exercise. My animals stay on a schedule every morning and every night.
“Sandra is an amazing sitter! She took very good care of my dog Ruby, being very communicative, loving, and caring throughout the stay. I highly recommend her and will continue to book her for boarding.”

“Sarah and her family took amazing care of our dog Berry!! He had a wonderful time playing in the yard and with other dogs. Sarah was incredibly responsive and sent us pictures and updates throughout his time with her. We really appreciate her accommodating our last minute day care request and highly reccomend her!”

About: We are a loving family of 4 who love to care for dogs. We are seeking dogs who are kid-friendly because we do have two kids (10 & 11 yrs old) who help lend a hand in caring for your doggie. I work from home most days and am able to give your pup lots of attention. If we leave the house it’s not usually for more than 2 hours. If we are watching a puppy, we adjust our routine to the puppy’s needs. We have a fenced in yard and love caring for dogs in our home. We often go for hikes and love to go to the dog park too, so please let us know if you foresee any issues with this so we can make adjustments to our routine as needed. All breeds welcome, but no aggressive dogs allowed. Dogs must be house trained (with the exception of puppies).
“Awesome dog sitters! My dog was clean when I picked him up, and it was clear he was very well cared for. He got plenty playtime, and attention while I was away. They kept us updated with photos and message. I would definitely book again!”

About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.
“These sitters were fantastic again. They sent me pictures of my little guys throughout the day. My boys were very well taken care of and even when I was running 30 mins late to pick them up they were accommodating to my schedule. They will always be my first choice when I need care”

About: I have always been around dogs and cats. My family grew up with Springer Spaniels, Pugs, Boston Terriers & Cavachons. We take special care of your dog with love and attention! I have a family of four and am looking to stay active walking outdoors while also getting the chance to help care for your pet and stretch their legs. I currently work from home and have the flexibility in the morning, at lunch, and after work to go on longer walks. Our backyard is fenced for quick play sessions. My motto is to first understand what your preferences are and adapt to them. I strongly believe that for all of us to be most comfortable, we should clearly communicate what is expected from all parties to ensure the safety of your pet. Our yard is fenced and our neighborhood has sidewalks.

About: Currently an ICU emergency veterinary technician with several years of experience in general practice veterinary medicine. Since age 4 I've had an animal in my home. I've brought home so many of our family pets over the years basically off of the streets. I cared for them faithfully and lovingly until they crossed that rainbow bridge. Animals are naturally drawn to me and I have several tips and tricks to get your fur baby comfortable and content by the end of our visit. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. Every morning I wake up between 5 and 6 every day and begin feeding and caring for my pets at home. I feed and water 2-3 times daily. I do walks and play time and of course cuddles and pets. I will treat them as if they were my own fur babies, with love and compassion.

About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. So I have time on my hands to fit pet care in my schedule! I make sure they are well love as much love I give to my boys and daughter! I also will take them on walks as needed to get the nature outdoors!

I am typically available full-time on the weekends only as I have all day off on those days. Weekdays I am available after 5pm. After I get off of work I typically care for my own pets before relaxing myself. I like to follow instructions provided by the owner. I typically prefer to give pets their respective space unless they show to be needy with affection or hyperactive and need an outlet for their energy via playtime!

About: I have 10 years of pet care experience. I am well versed with dogs, cats, horses and other farm animals. I can handle large dogs and still cuddle with the little dogs. I get to care for my friends fur babies and I am grateful for every moment. I have experience with seniors and puppies (or kittens!) and can handle pretty much any situation. I am also able to administer medications if needed. I am currently working at a carriage barn 5 days a week. However, my hours are very flexible there so I can fit your pet into my week with no problems. I am also available weekends! I prefer not to board at my home, just to help keep the peace within my own animals and to not cause unneeded stress on your fur baby. I can do up to 3 visits a day, preferably nothing exceeding an hour unless necessary. I will watch over pet like it is my own. That being said, I will abide by any rules you may set for your animals. I will walk them, play with them, and love on them.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a couple of years throughout high school and I would love to care for your babies now that I’m in college. I am a full time student and work part time but I am free before 11 and after 4:30 M/ Tu/ TH and after all day W/F. I grew up with dogs and have always had a kind heart for them since I was little. I will definitely take care of all your dogs needs
About: Hi! I’m a huge animal lover and have been around dogs for as long as I can remember. I currently have three dogs and one cat, so caring for pets is part of my everyday life. I’ve learned a lot about dog body language and understanding each dog’s unique personality, and I’m always learning more about cats too. I treat every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, my goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your fur baby is in caring hands while you’re away. I’m currently a cosmetology student and work part-time. Since I haven’t started school yet, I have plenty of free time to dedicate to pet care. Even once classes begin, I’ll continue to keep my schedule updated and only accept bookings that I can fully commit to. I always make sure every pet gets the time, attention, exercise, and love they deserve while they’re in my care. When caring for pets in your home, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and respected. I like to approach every dog with a calm, positive energy and take the time to let them get to know me before we head out for a walk. I pay close attention to their body language, personality, and energy level so I can adjust to what they need. Whether your dog loves a long walk, a slower pace, or just extra encouragement, I’ll make sure they have a safe, enjoyable experience. I’ll also follow your pet’s routine and care instructions so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.
Thank you!
About: Hi! I’m Eva:) I love animals and have been a pet owner my whole life! I’d be so happy to look after your fur babies! I work at a restaurant so my schedule changes quite a bit, I always work friday’s and saturdays so pet care is limited those days! I ensure pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable by following their routine keeping spaces clean, secure, and hazard free, and respecting each pets personality and needs!

“Christina did an incredible job again with Keller. She sent me photos throughout the week of all her fun adventures. She made lots of friends with the other animals she was watching. On top of that Victoria was sending pictures every few days to keep us posted. In fact it's clear that we have some work to do now that we are back as Victoria set the bar very high! :) Without hesitation, I would recommend Victoria to watch your little loved one while you are away.”

I loved that she was treated like a family pet allowed to not be crate all day , she was able to jump on couch and feel like home , play outside and join the other dogs for playtime . I highly recommend crissy care 5 stars ⭐️”
