About: I have been dog sitting since I was 14 for my neighbors, family dogs and my own dogs. I own a 2 year old Dalmatian and a 7 year old schnauzer, also 2 cats that I love so much! About: My husband and I have raised our border collie/husky mix together from 6 weeks of age and she is one of our biggest blessings! I love dogs because of her and see them as a member of the family. Would love to help take care of yours! Currently in between jobs—I’m a physician assistant—so I have extra time to fill! About: Am i a crazy cat lady? Maybe. Do I want to pet all the puppers? Possibly. I have had cats and dogs my entire life, many adopted strays, ferals, and fosters (cats and dogs). My current clowder consists of four cats. I am pretty flexible and typically available to care for your pets while you are at the office, out for the evening, or enjoying a weekend getaway. Having recently moved to South Carolina my four cats are in my home out of state with family until I buy a house here. I miss my furry companions and look forward to befriending yours. A little about some of recent challenges I've worked through with my pets: While I only have my four cats currently, I recently had a fifth cat and beagle cross the rainbow bridge. Both were adoptions who came to me with health issues. I got Maggie, my beagle, when she was eight. She had a tumor which caused seizures but lived another 7 happy years with me. Garfield, my cat, was five and came to me with an inoperable hernia, blood disorder, and weighing 25lbs! He was a big boy, but I worked to get him down to a healthy weight of 18 pounds and lived to be 11. Of the four cats I have currently, two were ferals and two were strays. It has taken a lot of work and patience, but all four are docile and fairly trusting of humans.

I have lots of love to give and would be so excited to spend time with your precious pup! I work for myself, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to provide pet sitting and care on a regular basis. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and seeing their friendly faces always makes my day. I have a friendly pup named Layla. She is great with other pups. They love to play! She has had many dogs in the home, goes to the dog park regularly as well. Crates are highly encouraged for Dogs safety when we are gone. You just never know In a new environment. I have a medium sized one if needed.

Caesar has daily topical medicine that must be administered and Sebastian had no problem applying it for me. I truly believe Caesar felt like he was at home while in Sebastian’s care. About: Ever since I was a child I have had a passion for taking care of animals: From fostering dogs as a child, getting my first job in a boarding facility, and 5 years as a veterinary technician. With my depth of experience from the veterinary field I can administer medication, provide care to those with special needs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment while providing love and affection. I work entirely from home and am available at all times of the day. I never would leave any dog unattended except for short periods, in which they would be safely crated. I take the utmost care to provide a safe and healthy environment for all pets including my own. I am meticulous in keeping our home clean, preventing any potential hazards of being in reach of animals, and ensuring there is clean water available at all times. At the same time, I want every guest to feel at home, and believe in animals having access to as much space as possible, feeling comfortable to sleep on the furniture and explore the house while supervised.
