“Arjun is a recently rescued large dog and we were anxious about finding a good sitter for him while we had to be away. After we met Jen, we decided to do a couple of day care type stays before we left him for almost a week. From the beginning, Arjun seemed to be at ease with Jen and her family who showered him with love and attention. He went on many long walks with them, enjoyed Jen's garden and the company of her pets Gizmo and Sparkle. Jen was constantly in touch with us, providing us photos and updates even during the one-day stays. She made him some of his favourite foods (eggs) and accomodated our requests keeping Arjun's lifestyle routines similar to what we have for him at home. Arjun seemed very happy in her care. Though he was happy to see us, we don't know if he would have missed us very much, given all the attention at Jen's. She even accomodated family & friends who visited Arjun while we were away. We are glad to have found a trustworthy friend like Jen to care for our dog while we travel. We would strongly recommend her.”

About: i worked at a kennel for a year experiencing general dog/cat care, some dog bathing, and feeding the dog/ cat their specific directed food set by owners. I currently have no job so as long as i get the notification i will be good to go when ever you need you pet to be cared for. in my house we give them the love and attention they need. feeding them what the need to eat and making sure they are healthy/ safe.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and many other animals for many years since I was a kid. I grew up always outside and around animals so it feels very natural for me to be around them and in my home. I currently have a small farm with two dogs that guard the sheep, one cat, two sheep and chickens. I’m currently a stay at home mom. My days are spent mostly at home and working on our little farm with a flexible schedule to do a drop in visit, day care, or to have a boarder. My children love animals and are used to being around various breeds and types. We have large fenced in back yard, in addition 5 acres to take the dogs on leashed walks. We never leave the dogs outside alone and the cats we watch remain inside unless they are leash trained. I’m very happy to learn what works best for your pet. I would not leave them outside unattended, if I have to leave the house for some reason they would go in their crate or be in the house depending on your needs. I’m happy to do crates or whatever would make your pet feel most comfortable, but it is not a requirement that they have a crate. We usually find the dogs feel safer when they can sleep with us in our room if that is okay with you. We want all the animals happy and most importantly safe!

He could run outside and come back immediately when we call if he gets out. I am a stay at home mom. We have a 3 year old German shepherd that is low maintenance so plenty of time to help other furry friends. Also open to bringing him along for play dates, he is super friendly! We are working on a fence but for now either let our dog out the back yard to potty or play with our supervision or place him on the lead for short periods of time. We can arrange a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure everyone is comfortable. I have separate bedrooms if dogs need their own privacy, but I do try to have dogs interact and be friends. I have a long hallway to play fun games and go get it!
About: I have experience with cats and dogs of many different kinds! I have taken care of both geriatric & adolescent aged animals. As well as having experience with animals who have special needs like blindness, deafness, and giving medication. I hope to meet your babies soon! About: I am a BIG animal lover! My pets and my friends pets though out my life have always had a special place in my heart. I have been caring from friends and families dogs and cats for 5 years. I have grown up with two family dogs. One of them I had since she was a puppy and the other was a rescue that was around the age of two, but not exactly sure of his age. I am currently working part time for a promotional agency on the weekends. It is flexible and allows me to make my own schedule. Usually I work for 3 hours in the afternoon on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I like to keep other people’s pets on their regularly routines (as far as feeding/medications, etc) and give them penalty of excerise as needed. My goal is to keep them safe, happy, and healthy.

I will keep up with the schedule you have them set on, and I can administer medication/ ointment. I’m a navy reservist so my schedule is flexible, breakfast is served around 8. Then a morning walk around 9, there’s a park in my apartment so we can stop there hangout till 930. Around noon they’ll be taken out again and they’ll be out till about 1pm. The rest day will be filled with enrichment activities, and lots of playing. Dinner is served around 530-6. And they’ll be let out one more time around 7, hangout for an hour or so. Then they’ll be crated around 830-9. There is a dog park located at my apartment complex, they’ll have free access to. I’ll take them to a much bigger area to go run and play. And we’ll go on longer walks.

About: I have been caring for a variety of pets ranging from cats and dogs to rodents and horses since I was 12 years old. Since then I have fully trained my own dog to do basic tasks but also to “find” things (such as an inhaler for my mom) and stand with her back to my calves if we are in crowded areas. I am always learning new ways to better care for pets and new tricks for my own dog! I have just graduated from university so I am currently searching for a full-time job in my field. That means for now I am completely free to help out with pets whether that means walking, drop in visits, or house sitting. If I am coming over to housesit I will likely be at the house for the majority of the day and stay over at night too (or whatever the owner requests.) “Arjun is a recently rescued large dog and we were anxious about finding a good sitter for him while we had to be away. After we met Jen, we decided to do a couple of day care type stays before we left him for almost a week. From the beginning, Arjun seemed to be at ease with Jen and her family who showered him with love and attention. He went on many long walks with them, enjoyed Jen's garden and the company of her pets Gizmo and Sparkle. Jen was constantly in touch with us, providing us photos and updates even during the one-day stays. She made him some of his favourite foods (eggs) and accomodated our requests keeping Arjun's lifestyle routines similar to what we have for him at home. Arjun seemed very happy in her care. Though he was happy to see us, we don't know if he would have missed us very much, given all the attention at Jen's. She even accomodated family & friends who visited Arjun while we were away.
