About: Hi! We’ve had several dogs in our life, and currently have our own, we’ve pet sit for friends and family for a couple years and figured we would open our home. We’ve had puppies all the way through seniors! Currently a stay at home parent so lots of loving on our dogs throughout the day. I’m up early each day and enjoy being able to spend it slow and following our routine. We love going on walks in our neighborhood and even have a dog park available close by! I have 4 dogs at home already but also a fenced in yard. We never leave dogs outside unattended either, that way we can keep a close eye on them and give them any and everything they need. I’m also available to drop-ins for other houses and walks if close by!

About: I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages for the past 20 years. I have always used a very simple approach to dog sitting. A tired dog that is engaged is easy to take care of. My property has lots of things that will keep your dog curious and entertained. I have squirrels that run around in the trees and moles that leave chutes in the ground. Outside my fence you will often see rabbits, deer and the occasional opossum. Your dog will love the new smells and occasional sightings of these animals. For physical activity I have plenty of long stretches for play and ball chasing as well as some basic agility obstacles your dog may find interesting. My semi wooded lot has lots of sticks to chew on. Your pet will be included in walks around the neighborhood and my local park. Having recently retired from corporate America I am looking for things to keep me busy and make use of my love of pets and experience caring for them. I also recently lost my dog to cancer and while I am not quite ready to adopt a new dog I miss having one around. I do not have a 9-5 so except for the occasional errand I will be around for your pet full time. I take the responsibility of caring for your dog very seriously. I attach a tracking tag to the collar of every dog in my care as well as an extra layer of security. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have and rest assured you will not regret booking me for any of your pet needs. I am retired so with the exception of an errand I will be available to your pet full time. Pets are allowed on my furniture and bed. Please advise if this is a behavioral you are trying to discourage! Your pet will enjoy plenty of time outside and walks around my neighborhood and local park. I have a fenced in wooded acre. Your pet will be given free range of my home, but I will crate or contain them when I am away for their protection. I currently have no pets so your dog will receive my full attention.
About: I was a volunteer rescuer and foster home for several animal rescue organizations, I have cared for elderly animals as well as puppies, I know how to administer medications. I am available every day of the week, as well as in the evenings, I can take them for morning or afternoon walks, depending on the pet owner's preference. I wanted to start Rover because I know how hard it can be to find someone you trust with your dog! I work remote so I can give your dog the care that it needs all day long. I live on 2 acres and have a fenced in yard so they can run and play and have frequent bathroom breaks (and treats hehe)! I have a ton of experience with dogs of all ages and will take care of yours just like they are my own! I am fully remote worker and can take care of your pets all day! About: I’ve always loved animals and always have had pets. I’ve worked as an assistant groomer in NY. Many friends have relied on me to take care of their pets while at work or on vacation. Some of these pets have been on special diets, so I'm very conscientious about any food or treats that I gave them. The animals love me, and I love them. I am working part-time at a local grocery store on the weekend. My hours are the same every week. I have Monday though Friday open to care for any and all pets. I can also go before and after I work to take your dog or dogs out. An also spend some time with them I currently live in an apartment. I walk my dog, Martha, everyday. I take time each day to play and work with her and to encourage social interactions with other humans. I also care for the feral cats that live around the apartment building. When I have cared for friends pets in the past, I’ve fed them, walked them and generally spent time with them. They get lonely when their owners are gone, so I try to counteract that by spending quality time with each pet.

About: I’ve had pets, mostly dogs, my whole life. When I was a kid, my dad bred labs so I grew up learning proper care of dogs of all ages. I love animals and I’m very good with them! My husky is 9 years old and I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks. I also have cats and I’ve been known to rescue and nurse animals back to health anytime one crosses my path in need. Plus, I worked at a doggy boarding/daycare facility for a while (Camp K-9 Resort in York, SC). Sorry but I don’t take pit bulls or staffordshire terriers for boarding or daycare. I’ve had bad experiences with those specific breeds not being friendly towards my pets. I will do drop ins and walks for them though! I can typically always make time! I work from home, self paced so, with enough notice, I’m sure we can work out just about any schedule. The care of your pet is up to you! I will respect and follow any guidelines that you set out. Crating, feeding, walking, playing… whatever is needed.

About: I have been dog sitting for the last 2 years and babysitting for 7 years. Building a relationship with my family is everything. Also, making sure that I am following all of the rules and instructions the family lies out. I work FT in HR. Therefore, I am available to dog sit on weekends and during the week after I get off work. Usually, I am able to coordinate a schedule pretty easily with families. When I stay overnight, I make sure the dog(s) sleep with me in the bed, if they are allowed. I try my best to walk the dogs at least twice a day and play with them/give them treats, and all the love they deserve!

About: Hi! We’ve had several dogs in our life, and currently have our own, we’ve pet sit for friends and family for a couple years and figured we would open our home. We’ve had puppies all the way through seniors! Currently a stay at home parent so lots of loving on our dogs throughout the day. I’m up early each day and enjoy being able to spend it slow and following our routine. We love going on walks in our neighborhood and even have a dog park available close by! I have 4 dogs at home already but also a fenced in yard. We never leave dogs outside unattended either, that way we can keep a close eye on them and give them any and everything they need. I’m also available to drop-ins for other houses and walks if close by!
