I have been in the equestrian world for >10 years and am comfortable cleaning stalls, moving horses, and exercising them if needed. My experience administering medication I'm comfortable administering oral and noninvasive medications, but not comfortable doing injections. If your pet has special needs like separation anxiety or a strict medication schedule, I plan my schedule around their care and comfort. About: Hi everyone! I live in Aiken, SC with my husband, our baby girl, and our pets. We have three dogs. I have cared for animals of all ages, including seniors with medical conditions, babies, high-energy animals, and pets that have behavioral concerns, etc. I have completed pet first aid and CPR training through Pet Safety Crusader. I have experience with administering medications, walking, feeding, and cuddling! I have experience administering insulin to cats. I am used to cleaning up after pets that are older and may not always make it outside or to their litter box for the bathroom, and animals that may try to dart out open doors or gates. Starting in January, I work Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 1 pm. Outside of that, with notice, I can generally be available. I am a mom to a toddler, so I no longer do overnight care in other peoples homes. Exceptions can be made for people in my neighborhood! One of my dogs can be "dog selective" and tends to resource guard... so for everyone's safety, I do NOT watch pets in my home. Exceptions can be made for rodents or reptiles. I want to keep your pets as safe as possible while sticking to their usual routine while you're away. I pride myself on my clear communication. I recognize how scary it can be to leave your pets in the care of a stranger, and I am happy to do a "meet & greet" with you and your pets prior to booking. About: I am an experienced pet care provider with years of experience having had pets of all kinds since I was born. I have some experience with obedience training and I love playing with and walking dogs. I work as a pet care provider full time and have a very flexible, generous schedule. I can’t think of any better way to spend my time than caring for animals. I spend a lot of time with pets. They are like my children. I pet them, talk with them, play with them, groom and walk them regularly. They are allowed on the sofa and our bed but our dogs do happily sleep in their crates at night. That’s not a necessity for your dog if your dog isn’t kennel trained. We are flexible.

I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was child including bigger and smaller breeds of dogs, and a variety in ages/temperament of cats. I also have a good amount of knowledge in caring for fish, reptiles, rodents, and birds. (Not an expert, just well read!) I have also been employed previously as a Senior Caregiver under Senior Helpers Lexington, so I know caring for your fur baby will be a walk in the park (pun intended)! So weekly, I do volunteer at my local high school marching band as a percussion tech, (Go Mustangs!), so afternoons, other than Wednesday, are a no go. I am willing to do overnights (except Friday and Saturday nights) starting at 8:30 pm! Anytime during the weekday between the times of 10 am-3:30 pm are available to me! If there’s an emergency, as long as communicated and I am able, I can be more flexible with these exceptions in my schedule. My own home is not available as of right now, but at a clients home, whatever is asked of me will be completed to highest level of care and consideration. Anything I am unsure about will be communicated as promptly as possible. My main goal for caring for your loved one is that they are safe, happy, and nourishingly enriched ie taking for long walks, eating on their schedule, and giving medication if needed.
About: I am a certified veterinary technician with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and Technology and have grown up training my own animals (although I am not a professional trainer). I spend lots of time with every animal I care for and have been offering house and pet-sitting services to friends and neighbors since I was 9. You can rest easy knowing that I have experienced a wide variety of situations and that I can also handle medical emergencies well with my training in the veterinary field and history as an ER/Urgent Care veterinary technician. I usually have a very flexible schedule so I can accommodate your pet's needs at whatever time you prefer. I like to meet up with you and your animal before I take over and can work with you easily to make it a convenient day and time. I have grown up with large dogs and horses and have had years of clinical experience with them, so I am very confident in my ability to handle your pup no matter what size they are. If you're here for a cat don't worry! I grew up with what we called our cat herd and was known as the cat whisperer at a few clinics I've worked at. I am a big fan of enrichment and would love to know what your pets' favorite toys are to keep them happy. I also know how important it is to exercise pups to keep them healthy so if they have a walking schedule, or something similar, let me know so I can help keep them moving!
About: I have experience with cats and dogs of many different kinds! I have taken care of both geriatric & adolescent aged animals. As well as having experience with animals who have special needs like blindness, deafness, and giving medication. I hope to meet your babies soon! I'm currently in graduate school to become a speech language pathologist and I’m wanting to supplement my income with some sitting/walking/dropping in jobs before and after school during the week and on the weekends. I will not be able to provide sitting services for any pets inside of my home as I already have multiple animals like cats, dogs, chickens, and fish at my home.
About: Taking care of dogs is second nature to me. I am a dog loving household and am always itching to find another 4-legged-frito-smelling doggo to love on. I have 2 dogs, a schnauzer mix and a labradoodle. They are couch potatoes, so anybody would fit in here. I have baby gates to separate if needed for feeding time or at night for sleeping arrangements.
