About: I have been pet sitting since I was in sixth grade, I am now a sophomore in college and I am looking to expand. I have had many animals my whole life, including dogs, guinea pigs, a bunny, fish and more. I have always advocated for proper care and exercise of animals and vouch to care for others animals the same way I do my own. I work a part time job at a coffee shop with shifts that usually last 4-8 hour. I have always been able to make pet care work with this schedule especially if the families live close enough. My usual routine for my current clients includes visiting once around 7:30 am, again around 11-12, coming back for dinner from 5-6 and then once more right before bedtime depending on the pet. I always make sure the animals space is clean and tidy so they are not sitting in their filth while I am gone. I refill water every time I leave and check food depending on the owners schedules. I usually spend about 30 minutes per visit with the animal to ensure they get all of their energy out and are properly cared for before I head back out but of course this varies for every one. I can take dogs for walks or play with them outside in a yard. I stick to the schedule the family provides with of course a little variation due to my work schedule but this is made known before taking a job!

All owners and their dogs during boardings, or play dates, have to plan for atleast a 30min to an hour meet and greet and orientation so that both yours and my needs are met during visits. I am always in control during the situations, such as I am ever-vigilant of slight non verbal cues and projections yours and my pets put off in order to blossom a happy and stimulating and playful environment. I currently have a house in the Burton area with a beautiful and quaint neighborhood loop well away from all major highways and roadways. I also have about 20-30 acres that are heavily wooded with some managed trails throughout behind my house that I will be more than happy to explore with your pets taking them through for enrichment and training. About: I grew up surrounded by animals my entire life. However, my deep connection/love for animals (specifically dogs) started when i was about 6 years old. My nana (grandma) owned a dog rescue in Georgia named Deep South Canine Rescue and it became like a second home for me. Whether i was cleaning out Kennels or running the dogs , I was having an absolute blast. Since then I have been an ultimate dog/animal lover and my family and friends always ask me to pet sit when they need it because they know I will treat the animals like my own. I hope you will to :) - Also being in the Bft area provides numerous opportunities to take your animals outside! Such as: the sands, the wetlands, throughout Port Royal, The dog park, etc! I am currently enrolled in online school making me available almost all day everyday, including weekends! I do have a job as a server but it should never conflict any responsibilities as it is not every day and not incredibly long shifts! I would give your fur babies as much time as they want! I also am willing to take off work for overnight stays if necessary. I have a fenced in back yard and also a large front yard. I also live in a gorgeous area so dog walks are an absolute yes from me ! I am also 100% okay with crating dogs if that’s what you prefer for your pet. However, i am also eligible to stay at or drive to a residence if preferred! I have many references if needed:)

About: I used to help out a family friend with her dog sitting business, and have experience with taking care of all types of dogs. From little to small, cats or dogs I am very adaptable to what each pet needs. I'm a caring person and I would go out of my way to make sure a dog is happy and comfortable. I pride myself on being reliable and punctual while updating pet parents with photos and reports after every visit. I treat your pets and your home with the utmost care and respect. Growing up I have had a dog with three legs, so I have learned how to take care of dogs that may need extra care and I love to figure out how to make a pet feel comfortable and safe, as well as have fun. I have experience with training puppies, as well as taking care of older pets that may need medications. I’m happy to provide walks to play sessions, as well as watering plants or taking in mail to ensure your home is secure while you’re away. Im currently in school full time so I have varying hours depending on the day of when I’m in school or not. Thursdays and Fridays I am gone from 7-5 so Im not available for drop ins during that time and if you need boarding I won’t be able to let them out until after I get home. Saturday-Wednesday I am a lot more flexible with my ability to drop in and do walks. I also pick up shifts here and there at another job so I like to figure out what kind of schedule you’re looking for your pet before I book with you! I can do morning or night visits, as well as day ones during the weekend. I do have a dog of my own so my ability to stay overnight can vary but I’m always willing to board a dog that is friendly. My dog loves to run around in our park with other dogs. I can easily help with crating your dog if that is needed, I crate my dog that I have at home. I’m willing to go out of my way to make your dog comfortable with me and will take the time to ensure trust. I am willing to take your pet for a long walk or spend time with them to make them feel less lonely. I have a rescue from the shelter who I spent a lot of patience and time with building her trust and confidence, so I am good at understanding pet behavior and when to give them attention and when to be patient and give space. Trust is the #1 thing I try to ensure with any pet the best way that I can. Any pet is treated just like a kid! I know how important they are in our lives.
