About: I grew up with black lab mixes, having at least one dog in the house all the time. I helped to raise two of the family black lab puppies through 15 years and care for the next generation, a 2 year old black lab/border collie rescue pup, teaching her to sit and lay down. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs over the past few years, learning patience from puppies, strength from sweet old ladies, and the careful nuance that comes with leash aggressive rescues. I now have an adopted a rescue greyhound in the family. She loves new friends but is also perfectly happy cat napping wherever her bed lands. Happy to host or walk, with or without her company. I’m full time at home and so I am free to do breaks and provide limited entertainment between meetings, which are never more than 1.5h. This is the schedule I provide my own pup and would extend to others. I treat them as my own. I prefer to be over communicative with owners if any potential issues arise as well. Greyhounds react particularly poorly to negative feedback and punishment, so patience and focus on pawsitivity (particularly treats) is a standard with me.

About: I have had a love for dogs ever since I was a child. My family got our first when I was 5 and since then we have had three others that we have adopted as well. With those dogs obviously came a lot of taking care of them, as well as playing with them. Along with my own dogs, I have also volunteered/worked at an animal shelter for around 2 years, where I would take the dogs out each day, give them food and water, and play with them until they hopefully found a forever home. While working at the shelter, I also fell in love with some of the dogs so I fostered around 25 of the dogs during my time at the shelter until they found a family. “We are repeat customers of Julie and we couldn't ask for a better family to take care of our dogs! If our pups could talk they would say "We Love going to Julie and Tiffany's house!! They let us play outside and snuggle us on the couch as much as we want!! We must be super cute because they are always taking our picture! We give them lots of kisses and we are pretty sure they love that!" This particular visit our flight was delayed on our return and Julie was so accommodating to our ever changing arrival time, we ended up needing to have them stay an extra night and she made it work for us - free of charge! About: I am very experienced of Feeding, Giving medication and most of all giving love and attention to them. Especially while there loved ones are away! I am a senior retired from the post office and I am open to all hours. Would be great to get up and walk your pet. I do not have a fenced in area but plenty of woods where we can travel on a harness or leash so it would be secure
“Isabel is best! She and her husband took amazing care of our two dogs while we were away. They are excellent communicators and sent us really thoughtful updates throughout the week. You can tell Isabel is an animal lover and a responsible & caring person right away, so we felt at ease leaving our dogs in her care.
