“Exceptional experience from booking to picking up Gertie. Jeanne took excellent care of Gertie, walking her regularly and keeping her in a comfortable environment. And I was updated regularly with pictures of Gertie looking happy and at ease. When my return was delayed due to traffic issues, Jeanne was very understanding and accommodating. I will definitely try to schedule Jeanne to take care of Gertie in the future.”

“We left Harper with Carole for 2 weeks while we were on vacation and Carole was great. Sent us daily photos of Harper playing with other dogs. Thank you Carole for taking such good care of her!”

“I have never met a dog sitter as kind, loving, wise, and experienced in providing the very best care for dogs as Yoko. She treats people with the same warmth and kindness as well. Her husband is also a truly wonderful person. They took care of our elderly dog, and when his condition suddenly worsened, they gave him the most attentive and compassionate care without ever sparing their time or effort. From the bottom of our hearts, we are so grateful that we entrusted our beloved dog to Yoko. Yoko and your husband, thank you so very much.”

“Brooke and Jeremy were absolutely fantastic with Joey! They welcomed him for the weekend and kept me completely at ease with their great communication and updates. I can’t thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of him!”

“Tiffany is awesome! Lots of pictures, great yard space for the pups, and she very closely monitors how the dogs are interacting with each other. Thanks Tiffany!”

“jean was great! my pup was a little unsure about meeting new people at first, but jean was very attentive and stayed in touch with us to make sure all of his needs were met”

“Kim is awesome. Very kind and my Luna warmed up to her and her dogs. Very caring person. Sent daily videos and photos of Luna playing with the other dogs. I will have Kim watch Luna again.”
“Michael and Perla were the best sitters anyone could ask for. I've never left my dog for that long, and I contacted them VERY last minute after my initial sitter fell through, and Mike went above and beyond to reassure me and take the best care of Sapphire. Mike was very flexible, accommodating and so very communicative. I couldn't be any more grateful to find people as trustworthy as Mike and Perla to take my care of my beloved fur baby. They deserve the "Best sitters on Rover" award! I'd book with them anytime.”

“Missy was great with Meadow. She’s very responsive to messages. Meadow looked so happy in the pics. She came home happy and tired from all the fun she had with Nissy and the other I would definitely recommend her services.”

“I absolutely loved Johanny’s service! I always feel confident that my dog is in great hands with her and her family. They treat her with so much love and care, and it truly gives me peace of mind. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Highly recommend!”

“This was my second experience with this sitter and I have to say her constant care was amazing. She treated my dog Rosa as if it were her own pet. With her frequent updates, I was able to relax and enjoy my travels, knowing Rosa was in good hands.”

“Emanuel has been fantastic. Great communication and lots Of updates with pictures. So happy we choose to leave our lab with him for a few days while we went out of town. It was a great piece of mind. Will definitely call on him again when the need arises.”

“Kimberle was fantastic with our 2 dogs. This was their first stay away from home and she treated them as if they were her own. She went above and beyond to soothe their nerves and provide a comfortable environment for them. Would recommend highly!”

“David is a wonderful dog sitter. He went out of his way on a holiday to make sure my two pups were comfortable and happy. I will be bringing them back to him in the future!”

“Janette and her family were so wonderful watching our new puppy Simon! She proactively sent updates and Simon was treated like a member of the family. We’ll definitely be repeat customers!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Sharon. She’s an amazingly, caring woman who took exceptional care of Pia, my 14 year-old Shih Tzu in her home. And I encourage anyone else who wants a dog sitter - who takes small dogs, only one at a time, and is genuinely interested & attentive to your fur baby’s needs - book with Sharon. Highly recommend. I already have another trip planned, & Pia will be with Sharon in her lovely ranch home & fenced yard!”

“This was our first booking with Emily to take care for our little Gigi during a recent extended trip and hopefully will not be the last. Emily took great care of our Gigi and kept us up to date on how she was doing, sending pictures and videos, which really helped us be at ease while we were away. Our precious was really spoiled and we think she was actually sad after we brought her back home, she must have been missing her other fury friends at Emily’s house and her good care. Would definitively leave Gigi in her care again without hesitation.”

“Highly, highly, highly recommend Joan! From the moment I dropped off my cat I was completely at ease because he immediately made himself comfortable, which he typically doesn’t do. Joan was great, and sent a lot of pictures and made me feel secured with leaving my baby with her! Thank you so much, Joan, and again I highly recommend booking with Joan!!”

“Grace was an absolute godsend. My cats were sick, I had to go out of town, my usual sitter wasn’t available, and as an already anxious cat parent I was going out of my mind. Grace took the time to meet with me and hear all of my crazy cat parent fears and assured me that my cats would be well in her care. Throughout the trip, Grace responded to each of my (many) worried questions with compassion and care, and she always made sure each visit report card included a picture of the cats eating (which I had been concerned about) and, once they were getting a little more active, playing. Grace has absolutely earned a repeat customer!”

“Thanks for taking care of Tigger when we went away. We could tell from the videos that she was very comfortable with you and she enjoyed your visit. We appreciate the fact that you also brought in our mail and kept the plants watered. It helped make our trip totally stress free.”

“Gianna was wonderful with my two cats. She saw to their needs and more -- she ensured they felt loved for the whole week I was away over the holiday. Her communication was excellent the entire time, granting me sound peace of mind. 10/10 would book again!”

“Would pick Rachael again and again to take care of our cats. Always sends us good updates and a ton of pictures. With one of our cats sick and getting medications, she gives me such a good peace of mind that they are getting the best care. Highly recommend Rachael.”

“We've been so lucky to have found Brenna! Our fur babies genuinely light up when they see her, which tells us everything we need to know. It's such a relief to leave our pets in the hands of someone we truly trust — she treats them so special. If you're searching for someone special to care for your furry family members, we couldn't recommend Brenna more wholeheartedly. She's truly one of a kind! 🐾”

“Tabby managed to earn the trust of my normally skittish, formerly feral cat, which to me, was HUGE! She was an excellent caretaker and communicator. She also did a great job as our house sitter!”

“Anna and her Mom are so warm and friendly and I felt at ease with them immediately. It was my first time using a pet sitter for my 12 year old cat. They were wonderful caring for her and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!”

“Mackenna was great with my two cats, giving some extra time for the one when the other had a medical issue and went to stay with my sister who was running him back and forth to the vet. Raven was lonely without him. She kept me up to date with texts and photos — I would highly recommend her services!”

About: Hi! My name is Bree, and I am a lifelong animal lover who would be thrilled to help care for your pets while you're away. Animals have always been a part of my life, and I have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. Currently, our family shares our home with a dog, a cat, and a flock of chickens, so I am comfortable caring for a variety of animals and understand the importance of providing reliable, attentive care. My husband and I live in Zionsville with our three children, and we stay actively involved in our community. I work at our local middle school during the school year and have a very flexible schedule throughout the summer. In addition to caring for my own pets, I volunteer extensively with my children's activities. I serve as the treasurer for my daughter's club soccer team, help my husband run our youth lacrosse program, and enjoy participating with my son in Boy Scouts. I am available for daily drop-in visits and check-ins to feed, walk, play with, and give your pets the attention and companionship they deserve. Whether your pet needs a potty break, exercise, playtime, fresh food and water, or simply a friendly visit while you're away, I am happy to help. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, and I strive to make them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you're away. About: I've been taking care of cats since I was 13. We rescued some kittens around that time followed by raising our first of 4 litters of kitties as well as fostering, more rescues, and adopting. We found dozens of little kitties their forever homes!
“From the first meet and greet Amanda was the sweetest! I knew I could trust her with our home and kitties. Her report cards were very detailed and pictures were much appreciated. “Gabrielle was wonderful! I was very worried about leaving my kitten mostly for 2 weeks but he was so happy with Gabrielle and it gave me so much relief to know both of my babies were loved while I was away!”

“Dani was pleasant and kind. That went a long way to our decision to have her look after our cat. We are quite satisfied and would certainly ask her to make daily visits again when the occasion arises. We are very”

“My fiancé and I have used Jeanne every time we’ve gone out of town for months now. We trust her with Maine coon Zelda (and our house) IMPLICITLY! She always spends ample time her with her, sends lots of pictures, is always reachable, and always goes the extra mile and brings our mail in and even waters our plants! Jeanne is a fantastic pet caretaker, and we’re so glad we found her! Thanks for everything you do! Zelda loves you!”

“Thank you so very much!! While I was on vacation evidently my kitty was on vacation:) He was so happy and relaxed at Lynn’s home! Not only was my kitty healthy, happy and well taken care of while I was away, he had a great time! Lynn was super kind and thoughtful with all his getting water everywhere, as he loves playing with water! I knew he felt right at home with all those funny photos. He had a great time with a fabulous change of scenery and getting to play with her cat! And he had never gone on a stroll before, the pictures were great of him safely having an awesome time in a stroller! So fun for him to be safely tucked into a fully screened-in stroller to see and smell the great outdoors! We now know he loves walks, and the stroller is a great idea! He had a nice cat box, fresh water, fresh food, and lots of love and fun, and I appreciated the piece of mind to relax on vacation knowing how well he was doing. Lynn asked me how often I wanted updates, and updated me every day, it was super wonderful! Next time I need to leave my cat, I will definitely be asking and hoping Lynn is available! Thank you Lynn!!”

“Brooke and Jeremy were amazing for doggy daycare. They were incredibly accommodating with my early work hours, which made everything so much easier for me. My pup tends to be pretty anxious, but they handled him with so much care and patience-it really gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate the attention and effort they put into making him comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and compassionate pet care.”

“Gabrielle has been an incredible dog sitter for our two pups! She’s not only hands-on and attentive but also takes a personal interest in helping our new puppy with those inevitable puppy behaviors. Her dedication and expertise are evident in the progress our pup has made while in her care. Beyond that, she goes above and beyond to ensure our dogs are happy, taking them on fun adventures and sending us the most adorable pictures that brighten our day. It’s clear she truly loves what she does, and our dogs adore her in return. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabrielle to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and skilled dog sitter. About: I’m familiar with almost every breed, and have been training them since I was 10 years old. My last dog was a therapy dog I took into nursing homes, but his time has past. :( I have all my time to spend with your pets. I am available weekends too, very flexible schedule. Will walk daily and play with them depending on age etc. I have a fenced in yard with no other pets. I am looking for a dog for myself to adopt and turn into a therapy dog, so I don’t mind training or corrective actions if wanted/ needed. I don’t like crates, but that’s me, and will respect your wishes. If at your house, you make the rules and I follow them, willing to FaceTime etc. whatever you need.

She sent me multiple photos after I left- letting me know he was doing well and was settling in. She was able to ease my dogs anxiety when I left by providing a loving environment and giving him a calming treat (provided by me-owner) I would definitely book with her again. Great experience!”

About: I (Eren) have been a veterinary technician since 2023, working in a variety of settings including a clinic, shelter, and university research hospital caring for special-needs dogs. Through this experience, I’m comfortable with medical care, senior pets, administering medications, recognizing early signs of illness, and handling animals with unique behavioral needs. I’ve also had animals my entire life, from cats and dogs to exotics, so I understand how different every species (and every personality!) can be. I’m patient, gentle, and confident with shy or anxious animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. My partner Luca is also part of our Rover profile and shares this same passion for animal care. We have multiple pets together and work as a team to provide attentive, reliable care. Luca previously worked at the same clinic I’m at as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, and now works in a science lab where he also helps care for lab animals. His experience makes him calm, capable, and very comfortable handling a wide range of animals. What sets us apart is that we combine professional veterinary experience with genuine, everyday love for animals. Between the two of us, your pets will always have attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. We currently have cats, ferrets, mice and 1 bearded dragon of our own, and we hold ourselves to the same high standard of care that we would want for them. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine because animals have always been a huge part of our lives. I work full-time, but I schedule my Rover services around my work hours so that every visit gets my full attention. I’m typically available before or after work for drop-ins, walks, and evening check-ins, and I always communicate clearly about my availability. My partner Luca helps provide additional flexibility. He is a full-time student and works part-time in a lab, with a schedule that tends to stay consistent for longer periods. Because our schedules often complement each other, one of us is usually available when the other is not. This allows us to offer more consistent and reliable care throughout the day. Even with busy schedules, caring for animals is something we both genuinely enjoy and make time for, and we never take on more than we can fully commit to. We primarily care for pets in our clients’ homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. As a veterinary technician, safety is always my first priority. We follow your pet’s normal routines closely, including feeding, medications, walks, and playtime, while also keeping an eye out for any early signs of stress or illness. We’re respectful of your home, trustworthy with your space, and committed to creating a calm, clean environment for your pets while you’re away. We provide regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: I've always had pets and currently I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 rabbits! My two German Shepherds and Cocker Spaniel keep me on my toes. I have experience with large and small dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, fish, horses, and chickens. I also have experience with senior animals and animals that need daily medication. I have several families that I have been regularly sitting for since 2017. I love seeing them grow! I do have a job but we can discuss availability to make sure I can be there for you and your pet! My mom is my partner and joins me on walks and home visits for safety! I love to meet with you beforehand so you and your pet are comfortable with me in your home.

“Emily was so sweet! She always arrived on time and went above and beyond for our pup while we were away. She made sure to send us tons of photos and updates. I couldn’t be any more grateful that we chose her to look after our Brutus. I have nothing but great things to say about her, and will definitely book her again in the future! :)”

About: What sets me apart is a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to animal welfare. Having been raised around dogs and actively training them since I was young, I understand that every pet has a unique "language." As a long-time foster and volunteer for multiple rescues, I am experienced with dogs from all backgrounds, including those who may be nervous, shy, or need a little extra patience. I specialize in the two ends of the spectrum—the high-energy needs and foundational training of puppies, and the gentle, attentive medical/mobility care required for seniors. I am confident and capable of handling "extra-large" personalities. I know how to maintain control on walks and provide the structure that larger breeds need to feel secure. As a teacher, my life runs on a well-organized schedule, which is perfect for dogs who thrive on routine. During the school year, I am out the door early but back home by mid-afternoon, ensuring your pet has plenty of evening attention, long walks, and backyard play. Because I’m home during all major school holidays and the summer months, I can offer extended care and more frequent potty breaks during those times. Your pet will benefit from a structured environment where feedings, walks, and 'quiet time' happen like clockwork. I don't just 'watch' pets; I welcome them into my family. In my home, your dog will have my own friendly fur babies for companionship and socialization. We treat every guest with the same love and attention we give our own. Whether they are lounging around the house or playing in the fully fenced in yard, your pet will be part of our daily rhythm. I believe pets are happiest when they feel they belong, so they’ll have full access to a comfortable, supervised environment where they can feel right at home.
“Thank you so much Julia for taking care of tyha! We got plenty of information - it is good when you’re away and always a bit worried, to know that she is in good hands We would definitely ask her to walk tyha again Thank you!”

About: I have had 2 dogs since I was born and have dog sat for my family members pets. Therefore, my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. To continue this passion, I currently work at Queen of the Valley Per Resort in Zionsville in my free time! I am a graduate student at Moravian University and available frequently on the weekends as well as during the week! Once my fieldwork begins I will be less available starting January 6th, but still very flexible. My family has a large property and trained my dog to stay within the borders. We go on weekly walks in the park as well! Our dog is very loved and cared for. I enjoy playing ball and soccer with our dog.
About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life, but started taking care of dogs around the time I was 12 and moreso with cats around 13. We adopted a dog when I was 12 and I fed her, walked her, bathed her, taught her tricks, played with her, we'd even cuddle! We fostered a dog from a hoarder and had another dog after the loss of the last one and I continued to repeat the cycle with this big crazy whippersnapper! Where I was working part-time just closed for the season, so I have plenty of free time for playing with your pups and kitties!!! When I'm not in school, I'll be taking care of my pets and helping my mom out with them around the house, she does Rover too and recommended I get on it. For drop ins, I like to meet the pet first and learn about their likes and dislikes and where to find all of their things. I like to ask questions on how to make sure they feel most comfortable with a new person and try to follow that advice to make sure they feel their best. For walks, I like to get an idea of where they like to walk and any behaviors I can expect while walking them before we head out on our adventure!
About: I'll treat everyone like my own. I've been around dogs since the age of 5 and cats since I can remeber as well. I'm up to 3 of my own. As of now besides getting my 8 year old to and from school my day is pretty open. 9-3 the day is wide open. Let me know In my house our (3) cats are fed 3 times a day and receive wet food in the am as well. They bask on the back porch in the sun whenever there little hearts desire with plenty or rubs in between. I'll follow any things laid out for your fur babies plus some.
About: I've had many types off animals over the years and have them all. I have two awesome cats right now. I've had dogs from the smallest chihuahua up to large breeds like our current dog Marla who is a Rottweiler/Boxer/Pitbull mix. I've taken care of injuries and administered medication to animals as well. I'm currently working part time from home so I'll have plenty of time and flexibility to tend to your pets needs at different times throughout the day. I'm completely comfortable letting your dogs out in your yard based on your instructions. If they get walked, I'll be sure to keep them safely on their leash. I also have 2 cats of my own I tend to daily so cleaning up after them is not an issue.

“Amazing! Chuck had the best time at Marla’s. Marla sent tons of pictures while I was away and I was assured that Chuck was safe and living his best life. Thank you so much Marla! We’ll definitely see you again!”

“Emanuel has been fantastic. Great communication and lots Of updates with pictures. So happy we choose to leave our lab with him for a few days while we went out of town. It was a great piece of mind. Will definitely call on him again when the need arises.”

“Loved loved loveddd Maria and her family! From the beginning she was very open and communication was great! She kept me updated and loved on my dog like she was part of the family. My dog is definitely sad to leave but I will be rebooking with Maria the next time I need help! Thank you and your family for loving my girl she had a blast!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Ollie, our springer, had a great time at Rebecca’s. She made sure to send updates. She took care not to over exert him in the hot weather, while making sure he had fun and friends.”

“Wow!! Amanda's farm stay was the perfect place to board our dog and well worth the drive from Philly! If you have a city dog and would love a place for them to frolic in an oversized fenced yard, interact with farm animals (safely through a fence), and socialize with other dogs, this is THE spot! I was anxious about boarding our dog for the first time through Rover but Amanda's confidence, professionalism, and experience made this easy for me. She was extremely communicative and pretty much has every detail taken care of so all I needed to bring was food. During boarding, my dog had loads of fun playing with other dogs, making new friends, and (sadly for me) ignored the farm animals entirely. Having a place to board your dog where their primal needs are met under the supervision of dog experts is such a peace of mind while traveling! We'll be back!”

“I just moved to the area and needed a sitter while traveling on business. I have a senior dog with Cushings disease and cancer. It killed me to leave her for a few days. But Ceinwen did a great job caring for her, and it wasn’t long until I could tell she felt right at home.”

“Alexa is great at what she does! My pup Nathan had a wonderful time and was very well taken care of. Alexa provided plenty of updates (including photos) and was fantastic about keeping track of and administering his allergy medication. 10/10 would recommend”
