About: I have experience with a variety of dog and cat breeds, 10 years past experience as a veterinary assistant. I am willing and able to care for puppy to senior age and special needs furbabies, as well as administrator oral and subcutaneous medications. Standard schedule I keep is the life of a 1st shifter, dog walks/potty breaks minimally 3-4 times per day. I adjust as best as possible to keep within the schedule that is used to for your furbabies. I’m very active and have a high energy doggie; Cash (My 3 yo German Shorthaired Pointer) and I go for several walks per day and also love to sit out back and play fetch (we have a fenced in yard). I work from home and have lots of flexibility with my schedule so I can be available throughout the day for walks, etc. I work from home full time but have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. My dog and I go for several long walks per day and will sit outside and play fetch as well. My dog is very friendly and good with other dogs. I have a friendly German shorthaired pointer puppy who loves playing fetch and going for long walks, so if your dog likes company we can all go for a walk together or I can even bring them over to my house to play in the fenced in yard. About: They say grief is love with no place to go, so since my senior Belgian Malinois passed away, I've been fostering dogs and would like to get into dog walking. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I have pet-sat for family and friends as well. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I am generally available during daylight hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 5 PM or later Tuesday and Thursday. Before or at the start of our first walk, I'd like to get to know your dog's preferences, triggers, and typical walking habits and routes. I suggest treats for positive reinforcement if working on socialization and a slip lead to reduce pulling. A safe, enjoyable outing is my priority for your dog.
