About: They say grief is love with no place to go, so since my senior Belgian Malinois passed away, I've been fostering dogs and would like to get into dog walking. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages. I have pet-sat for family and friends as well. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I am generally available during daylight hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 5 PM or later Tuesday and Thursday. Before or at the start of our first walk, I'd like to get to know your dog's preferences, triggers, and typical walking habits and routes. I suggest treats for positive reinforcement if working on socialization and a slip lead to reduce pulling. A safe, enjoyable outing is my priority for your dog.

For six days (including Labor Day weekend), Sarah M. took excellent care of my “Little Ones”. About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. I am not currently available to be hosting animals at my own home.

About: I was raised as a child with pets - fish, cats and of course dogs. Growing up we had 2 Irish Setters a Chihuahua and multiple cats. As an adult I started off with just having multiple cats and then began to have dogs enter my life again. I had a very loving Pit Bull for a short period of time and a few years later I adopted a Boston Terrier who is now 13 years old. In addition to my senior dog, I now also have a 1 ½ year old Boston and 1 senior cat. I never had children so these are my kids and my extended family. I do everything I can to ensure they have a loving home and are well cared for and I will do the same for your four-legged kids :) With a lot of patience I have been able to do a few simple commands with my dogs. I have experience with potty training a puppy and also have extensive experience with senior dogs as my senior is currently half blind, has incontinence issues (at times) and has trouble walking. I currently can be home during the day and am usually home in the evenings and on weekends. When I know im pet sitting i stay home so my focus is on your pet. I spend a lot of time playing, walking and giving love to my pets. I will do the same for yours. I have a large unfenced yard but also have a dog park nearby that i utilize. My pets are on a regualr feeding schedule and I will adhere to any directions or special needs you may have,

“Chelsea and her family are awesome. They treat your furbaby as theirs and gives them lots of cuddles and exercise. We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. We are very grateful to have found Chelsea for our furbaby Rascal, she was so good to him. We highly recommend you choosing Chelsea to watch your furbaby.”
About: As a child and teen, I helped my mom breed, raise, and train golden retrievers. As an adult and family man, I cared for my dog "Beyoncé" and cat "Kitty." This includes food, water, play, running, brushing, brushing teeth, and trimming. My pets have passed on and I’m ready to host 😊 Im a dad of 3 boys with shared custody. With a barn and a sunroom, I’m able to separate kids from dogs as-needed. I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training spirited dogs. Aiming to cater to the most “difficult” dogs for those owners who have limited options. I work at home as an engineer / consultant and have lots of flexibility with taking breaks. I have a need to move every hour at least. I live in a single family home that I own. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom, enclosed sunroom, and finished barn space can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. For runs & walks, I use my own private access to the little gunpowder falls river woods with a long walkable waterfall, the local NCR trail, or the cemetery across the street (1/4mi laps).
