About: I have grown up with animals , cats and dogs. I also have been looking after animals consistently for over 23 years. I am comfortable with giving medications, taking care of small dogs in my house or yours, cats, caged animals ( hamsters,etc) . I am also open to care for small farm animals - goats, chickens . For care in my home my dad is home all day and would be able keep dogs company ( I am going to do all the walking). We have a pet park where we live. I am available in the early mornings and evenings for drop in visits. Unfortunately I can't do mid day visits. In the home my dad is home with them all day, I will do the walking, but he is able to take them out for potty breaks. In my home my cats are dog friendly, and they can have the run of the house or have private space depending on their needs. Our pets have free run of the house other then kitchen counters, they sleep with us, up on furniture,etc.

About: I am a huge animal lover. Grown up with dogs my whole life! I ride horses and am surrounded by all types of animals. Have done a ton of dog/house/farm sitting in my life. I work from home so will give them tons of love and attention! I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule, where I can give them lots of love, take them out VERY frequently for walks etc. I am currently in a 2b2b apartment, with plenty of room for a dog to stay. I live just steps from parks and can walk them around the neighborhood extremely easily. Our apartment is extremely dog friendly with treats waiting at the front door of the lobby!

For the past 5 summers, I’ve also dog sat and house sat for a family friend’s two standard poodles, one elderly dog with hip issues and hearing/vision loss, and one younger, high-energy dog who needed lots of attention and play. Last fall, I cared for the older dog during his final days, helping him stand, supporting him outside, and cleaning up after him when needed. I have also dogsat for my cousin's dogs for multiple days, walking them however much they needed and spending time with them. In addition, I’ve cared for a family friend’s cat by feeding her, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and spending time with her while they were away. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m waiting to hear back about a summer internship, but even with that I would still be available for evening visits and weekends. If I do not get the internship, I’ll likely be working part-time with varying shifts, which would still allow me to do pet care during the other half of the day and let pets out before and after work. I’m reliable with scheduling and happy to work around your pet’s needs. I have an electric fence but can take will take it out on a leash if they aren't fence trained. I have a dog that is not 100% reliable on how friendly he will be if it is a male but we can easily put him away for a few hours and keep him calm. I would mostly keep a client's pet within their home/neighborhood.

We received pictures and an update each day. Brian has a large fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy, along with a screened in porch for some fresh air on rainy days. Brian took time to get to know me and our dog during the initial meeting. He and his family are true dog lovers and we were able to enjoy a week's vacation knowing that our Navi was in good hands.”

Whether it’s dog walking, drop in visits, or house sitting, I’m here to provide your pet with lots of love, care, and attention like they are my own! I am a college student who has a pretty flexible schedule. I love to do this kind of work while being a student because it provides me with more flexibility. Whether it’s in my home or yours, my goal is to make your pets as comfortable and happy as possible. I will follow your pet's usual routine as closely as possible, from feeding schedules and walks, to playtime and cuddles! I also want parents to feel as comfortable as possible! I love to provide pictures and updates so you can relax while away.
