About: I have grown up with animals , cats and dogs. I also have been looking after animals consistently for over 23 years. I am comfortable with giving medications, taking care of small dogs in my house or yours, cats, caged animals ( hamsters,etc) . I am also open to care for small farm animals - goats, chickens . For care in my home my dad is home all day and would be able keep dogs company ( I am going to do all the walking). We have a pet park where we live. I am available in the early mornings and evenings for drop in visits. Unfortunately I can't do mid day visits. In the home my dad is home with them all day, I will do the walking, but he is able to take them out for potty breaks. In my home my cats are dog friendly, and they can have the run of the house or have private space depending on their needs. Our pets have free run of the house other then kitchen counters, they sleep with us, up on furniture,etc.

About: I’ve had my own dog since 2017 and have helped care for him ever since. For the past 5 summers, I’ve also dog sat and house sat for a family friend’s two standard poodles, one elderly dog with hip issues and hearing/vision loss, and one younger, high-energy dog who needed lots of attention and play. Last fall, I cared for the older dog during his final days, helping him stand, supporting him outside, and cleaning up after him when needed. I have also dogsat for my cousin's dogs for multiple days, walking them however much they needed and spending time with them. If I do not get the internship, I’ll likely be working part-time with varying shifts, which would still allow me to do pet care during the other half of the day and let pets out before and after work. I’m reliable with scheduling and happy to work around your pet’s needs. I have an electric fence but can take will take it out on a leash if they aren't fence trained. I have a dog that is not 100% reliable on how friendly he will be if it is a male but we can easily put him away for a few hours and keep him calm. I would mostly keep a client's pet within their home/neighborhood.

About: I have had pets in my home since I was born, and currently have a 15-year-old and a 14-year-old back at home with my mom now. I fostered a pup from ACCT Philly for a few months, volunteered at the Humane Society, and often dog-sit for friends/ family. I have class every day for 1-3 hours, but I am open anytime outside of my class hours and have a super flexible, accommodating schedule. About: I have had a love for animals my entire life, and have taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages for nearly 10 years! I have a dog of my own, a sweet 9 year old Cavapoo named Shamrock, and have also cared for many of my neighbors’ dogs over the years. About: Growing up I’ve always had family dogs I helped out with. In more recent years, I’ve watched neighbors and family’s pets, including petsitting two dogs for a few days. Currently, I’m on summer break and have tons of time to watch or walk pets. Most days are easy for me as I have transportation. I’m flexible to anything your pet needs. I can do any scheduling with feeding them, walking them, using crates, etc. I’m able to take them out as much as needed.

She was extremely flexible with drop off and pickup times and took him out to potty one last time when we were on our way to pick him up. She and her boyfriend took great care of Ranger! About: I have first hand experience with having a dog I adopted a dog in 2021 and took care of him on my own, I unfortunately had to put my fur baby down in April. While I had him we did training sessions and basic command training. I also am educated in working with anxious dogs as my baby was very anxious. I also grew up with cats and dogs my whole life as well. I also am in veterinary nursing school at Harcum and can work with animals who need medical assistance. I am currently in school for veterinary nursing, Although I am only at school for a few hours a day. Other than that I am home. I also live 15 minutes from campus. I do not have a yard, but I love walking dogs, and have been trained in how to properly walk dogs in a training I took my dog to. I also have the ability to crate the dog when needed, and can accommodate to any of your pets needs.
