About: I grew up in the Endless Mountains of Sullivan County, PA. This meant I spent a lot f time outdoors bringing in animals that my parents would have preferred stay outside. Circa 2011, a stray female cat chose to make our brush pile a home for her & her kittens. One of these kittens, Bobart (she/her), is still with my parents today! Though most of my care experience pertains to sitting dogs, I am also familiar with cat care since I grew up always having at least 1 in the house. Our home is situated behind the horsham power line trail opting for long walks. The backyard is fitted for short runs to play fetch. I have two kids aged 6 and 7 who are helpful, loving and have been exposed to dogs of all sizes! They are in summer camp 5 days a week and will be away from the house during the week and home on weekends. I have a fenced yard and a 9-year old lover of a Boxer, female. We just lost our male a few weeks ago and she would be more than happy to be a companion for your pupper. About: I’m a healthcare professional who works from home most of the time, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. Before getting my own dog, I spent a year dog-sitting and absolutely loved the experience. I’m now the proud dog mom of Milo, a sweet 2.5-year-old Cockapoo. Milo is friendly, playful, and gets along well with both dogs and children. And if they’re into people food, I’ll respectfully disappoint them unless you tell me otherwise. I’m in a flexible stretch right now, doing job-search work, contract work, and projects mostly from home. That means I can usually build my day around walks, drop-ins, or hanging with your pet. I’m best for weekday daytime care, evenings, and some weekends with a little notice. If I have an interview, work call, or trip coming up, I’ll be upfront before booking so there are no surprises. I’m pretty careful and communicative by default. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep dogs leashed unless you explicitly say otherwise, double-check doors/gates, and send updates so you know your pet is good. I’m not going to freestyle with food, treats, medications, dog parks, or anything that could create a weird situation. If I’m in your home, I’ll treat it with the same respect I’d want someone to show mine.
