About: I'm a huge animal lover - big and small! I've had dogs and cats my whole life. We have a sweet cat who absolutely loves every dog that comes through our home. We currently have a Great Dane and Great Pyrenees as well as chickens, 1 guinea pig, 2 rabbits and fish. I'm all about making sure our babies are happy and healthy and living the best life we can provide to them. After doing much research and lots of experience, I've learned a lot about a dog's language and how to respect them. I will treat your pets as if they are my own and will love on them just the same. I can't wait to meet your fur-babies! Rover is my full time job right now so I’m available to take care of your pup throughout the day as need be, whether that’s just hanging out or a walk or potty break, etc. I have a large fenced in yard and our 2 dogs will gladly keep your pup company and enjoy running around. I can easily crate if need be as well.

He has a medical condition - Cushing's Disease, which requires meds to be given on schedule 3x a day, and more potty breaks than a well pup would require. Her lifetime of experience and ease with animals was obvious from the moment we met. Benji's comfort and confidence with Kate, her family and their home, was immediate. As someone who had been nervous about leaving my buddy prior to meeting Kate, I wound up feeling very confident and comfortable leaving him with her! Kate was fantastic with Benji! She sent me photos each day, which allowed me to see his activities and how much fun he was having on his vacation! She also kept me informed of how he was doing overall, with his meds, and didn't hesitate to ask questions or let me know about any concerns that she had - I so appreciate these interactions! Your pet would be with me at home throughout the day, and as I take frequent breaks, I can take them out to walk when needed in general when they are with me, they would be walked twice a day. Dogs will be inside the house. I always make sure that my home is very clean and any potential hazards to the pets are removed. Safety is my first priority when it comes to taking care of your pet.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. (my soul dog’s ashes are in my paw tattoo 🐾🩷) I grew up with Rottweilers and currently have two of my own, Gino & Haus, they're my whole world! I also have a handful of kitties🥰 My passion for animal care goes back as far as I can remember. From baby videos of me crawling on my dog and giving him a big hug & kiss, to completing a veterinary training class in 10th grade, where I learned the basics of animal health and handling! I work at a doggy daycare with a flexible schedule, so my availability varies from week to week. I am almost always able to stay overnight for house sitting, and depending on my work schedule, I can spend all day, all morning, or all afternoon and evening with your baby. I always try to spend as much time as I can with your baby. (leaving work is as hard as you can imagine) My most common shift is 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, though I can also work morning, afternoon, and split shifts, though the weekday morning shifts are extremely rare. My weekday shifts are never longer than 6.5 hours, and the only time I may be away for up to 10 hours is on the occasional Saturday when I'm scheduled for a longer shift. On Sundays, I usually work split shifts, which means I'm able to come home and spend about 2½ hours with your pet between work periods. If it's a good fit for your baby and you're comfortable with it (and comfortable paying for it😅), I'd also be happy to talk about bringing them with me to my work so they can enjoy extra socialization, enrichment, and attention, while never leaving my side! I'm committed to keeping your babies routine as normal as possible and will always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect!! Your babies safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I love to take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and other special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, as if you haven’t even left! I am experienced in administering medications, following food schedules, and providing extremely gentle and personal care. About: I have 3 pets of my own that I love so so much (2 cats and a dog). I have always cared for my neighbors pets as they have relied on me for the past few years every now and then. About: Hi, I actually go by Asher but Rover won't let me update my name yet. I'm a former direct support professional for disabled humans. Lydia was my first dog, a 75 pound shepherd mix with anxiety that I slowly trained because she came from living in a shelter her entire life. I know what it's like to worry about leaving your pet in a kennel where they can pick up diseases or pests, and they have dozens of animals to look after. In my home your pet would have their own space, be taken for walks regularly, and be given much more attention than at a kennel. Animals need attention in order to thrive, but sometimes busy lives make it hard to give all they deserve. Hiring help is the best way to meet their needs while you're taking care of the other parts of your life. March 2025 note: I am only able to do walks and drop ins at this time. My dog only accompanies me when prearranged with the owner's permission. I work overnights thurs-sat and have sun-weds free to do Rover care. Early mornings and evenings are best for me. I typically walk about 25k steps a day and can lift over 200lbs, so that carrying my 90lb dog in an emergency isn't an issue. This makes me ideal for large and giant pet owners, especially those with senior dogs. I have experience with senior and disabled pets. I've never hesitated to put an animal first when it's in distress, but my ideal is to help prevent your pets from ever becoming distressed in the first place. Have experience with high anxiety, reactive, and shy animals.

We currently have a Great Dane and Great Pyrenees as well as chickens, 1 guinea pig, 2 rabbits and fish. I'm all about making sure our babies are happy and healthy and living the best life we can provide to them. After doing much research and lots of experience, I've learned a lot about a dog's language and how to respect them. I will treat your pets as if they are my own and will love on them just the same. I can't wait to meet your fur-babies! Rover is my full time job right now so I’m available to take care of your pup throughout the day as need be, whether that’s just hanging out or a walk or potty break, etc. I have a large fenced in yard and our 2 dogs will gladly keep your pup company and enjoy running around. “Kate (and her family) are wonderful! From the moment I contacted her, Kate impressed me with her genuine caring and interest in my Benji. He has a medical condition - Cushing's Disease, which requires meds to be given on schedule 3x a day, and more potty breaks than a well pup would require. Her lifetime of experience and ease with animals was obvious from the moment we met. Benji's comfort and confidence with Kate, her family and their home, was immediate. As someone who had been nervous about leaving my buddy prior to meeting Kate, I wound up feeling very confident and comfortable leaving him with her! Kate was fantastic with Benji! She sent me photos each day, which allowed me to see his activities and how much fun he was having on his vacation! She also kept me informed of how he was doing overall, with his meds, and didn't hesitate to ask questions or let me know about any concerns that she had - I so appreciate these interactions! Kate is an awesome sitter and person, and I recommend her with all of my heart! She took wonderful care of my Benji, and I know that he's looking forward to his next vacation with her! “Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”
