About: While I am currently unemployed and staying at my parents home, our family dog (Havanese) of 17 years recently passed away in February 2026. Now that my mother is retiring this summer, we wish to fill the empty home, and our combined newly gained free time, with some furry friends! She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. About: I have experience in working with animals in boarding and daycare and currently work as a veterinary assistant. I am trained in animal restraint, administering medications, and reading body language. I also have 4 family dogs and one of my own. Taking care of pets is my life. For work, I take care of animals at Cheat Lake Animal Hospital in General Practice as a Veterinary Assistant. I am also studying Veterinary Technology at Pennwest California. Because of my academics, during school, booking may be limited/may need to be changed around. I have a female rescue dog that loves other dogs and cats! Right now, my schedule is wonderfully flexible. I’m a teacher on summer break and transitioning into a teletherapy position, so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets throughout the day. I believe pets are happiest when their routines stay as consistent as possible, so I make it a priority to learn each pet’s normal schedule, preferences, personality, and needs before their owner leaves. In a client’s home, I carefully follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes and outdoor areas as needed, administer medications when required, and make sure pets receive the exercise, enrichment, affection, and companionship they have when you’re home. I pay close attention to body language, behavior changes, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being. As a speech-language pathologist, communication is a big part of my professional life, and I bring that same attentiveness to the animals in my care. I believe good pet care means respecting boundaries, recognizing needs, and responding appropriately to what an animal is communicating. I also love sending photos and updates, because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. About: Hello! I am a pediatric nurse in Pittsburgh. My primary job allows me to be flexible! I can come for walks and visits during the week. I have been helping out with family dogs all my life! I work full time as nurse, however I work three twelve hour shifts a week so I have flexibility! I can be available during the weekdays while you are at work! I would love to drop in for visits/take your dogs for walks! I would happy to sit for a while to keep them company. Whether that’s playing or giving them cuddles.
About: I’m currently a stay at home mom with open availability 7 days a week for drop ins and walks! All of my employees at my former full time job took advantage of the opportunity to bring their dog to work with them. I spent most days at work caring for my employees' fur babies in the office while they repair vehicles. About: I am experienced with all breeds from chihuahuas to pit-bulls. We have a nice size yard and a lovable dog and cat. We have a straight hair labradoodle and s strictly indoor cat. We have raised dogs, cats and rabbits. Our son has been raised with dogs and cats and is very good with animals of all kinds. I have experience with giving medication, trimming nails and other minor grooming tasks. Dog walks around the community is an activity we enjoy doing. On those rainy days we like to sit in the living room and relax. Our dogs enjoy being brushed and just being loved on. Whether it is a stop in visit or boarding I can provide the love and care your dog will need to stay healthy and happy. I'm currently a gig worker(Doordash, etc). So my schedule is very flexible. My wife also works from home. So, if boarding, someone is always home. Our dog and cat are very friendly. We have a backyard and plenty of quiet streets to go for a walk. Our pets are allowed on the furniture so your pet can make themselves at home.
About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats since I was about 8 years old! I have always had a love for being around animals. I am a college student, so currently my summer is mostly free! I have a good amount of availability at any time of the week. I have a fenced in yard so both of my dogs can run free, yet stay safe! Both of my cats spend their time indoors.
About: Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life, offering comfort through tough times. I genuinely love being around animals and caring for them. (I allow animals on my bed I’m not sure how to change that ) I have classes, but your fur baby will always be my top priority. I’m home every evening to care for them, except Fridays when I’m working on the ambulance. Walking, feeding, watering, bathing and getting all their zoomies out. I enjoy walking and physical activity meaning they will be tired out by the end of the night.
