About: I have taken care of my own dogs and do my very best to treat them like family. I make sure they eat, have adequate potty time, and recreation time. I will be sure to take care of your pet as if they were with you. I am currently working, but have plenty of time to care for pets. They will have plenty of time 1 on 1 with their needs met. I have a yard and can give your dog access to exercise or take them on walks at parks. I do my best to follow your home schedule as much as possible to ensure they will be still on that schedule when you return home.

About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

About: For the past seven years, I had the privilege of sharing my life with my dog, Agatha, whom I adopted when she was around seven years old. She recently passed away at an estimated 14 years old after battling cancer. Caring for Agatha, especially during the last few months of her life, taught me patience, compassion, and how to meet a dog exactly where they are. As she got older, she needed more hands-on support. Whether it was helping her stand, carrying her when her body wouldn't cooperate (all 55 pounds of her!), or hand-feeding her because that's how she was most comfortable, I learned that every dog has unique needs and deserves care that respects their personality. Agatha was fiercely independent, so I always tried to give her as much dignity and choice as possible while making sure she felt safe and loved. While I'm not ready to adopt another dog just yet, I truly miss having one in my life. That's what brought me to Rover. All dogs must be vaccinated and up to date on shots as we have 2 dogs. All dogs must be good with small children. Home sitting /walking in mostly available afternoon night time. Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. Any questions on the space they will be at you can come and take a tour or I can send you pictures. ❤️🐾

About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.

“GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! We were in town working a vendor event at Cooper's Lake. I took my dogs to Gina for doggy day care while we were at the event. One of my dogs is a big, strong, hyper, crazy, high energy goofball that loves everyone and and wants to play nonstop. The other dog is the polar opposite. She's a rescue that came from some unknown traumatic past. She doesn't trust people easily and it takes her a while to warm up to you. Gina matches both their energy perfectly, and they love her! When they spotted her house they were so excited! Even my Paisley was so excited she was squealing! When you have a dog like that you worry about their happiness all the time because they're so emotionally fragile and it takes a LOT for you to leave them with someone unless your 100% sure they're ok. Gina is that type of dogsitter. During the day I got pictures of them on their adventures around her property, updates about their mood and silly pictures of them playing and eating their snacks. She spoiled them rotten! Every night I picked them up they were happy, happy, happy and exhausted! If you need someone to care for your pups I can't even begin to tell you how fantastic my experience was with Gina.”

About: Hi! I just moved to Butler about a year ago and looking to get back into Rover! I did it for about a year or two in Missouri. I have an electric fence but I ONLY would use the collar with parents permission. If not, I will walk them out or put them on a lead. I’ve always taken care of dogs since forever basically lol I’ve always had a dog throughout my life and I currently have 2 friendly fur babies myself. Ninno-boxer and Skye-lab mix. I have had mostly bigger dogs, like boxers labs golden retrievers pit bulls and border collies. I can bathe if needed with your permission and they’re comfort level. My dogs are on flea and tick shots they get once a month. I work from home so I’m always here. Your baby will rarely be alone and if so, it’s only to run to get groceries and occasional times out. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have half an acre for them to run around as they please and a few dog beds for their comfort. I have two dogs that can provide tons of fun and exercise, but with your permission we can also go for walks/runs.

I watched my daughter’s dog for a year but took her back about a year ago to Idaho. I work from home and it’s very quiet without any four-legged friends to keep me company throughout the day. About: I have had pets ever since I was a small child: dogs, cats, hamster, gerbils, chinchilla, parakeet, turtles, even a toad that we saved from a freezing winter. We took care of it till spring and then released it. I love animals of all types. Almost, I'm not babysitting your tarantula or pet snake. My dog and cat are loved as if they were my children and your dog will be treated this way as well. We enjoy taking walks and car rides to the dog park in nice days. I never allow my dog outside without me. I am semi-retired and I work from home painting and repairing furniture and working on various crafts. Therefore I am very flexible with my time. I live in a decent sized 2 story home with a large back yard. It is not fenced all the way so my dog is always on a cable or leash. We live to go for walks and to the dog park for extra exercise. My dog is a husky mix and is almost 4 years old. She loves dogs of all sizes.

About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. I walk my dog 3-5x everyday depending on the weather. I also fill their water bowl and food bowl every morning. A few times throughout the week I go to the dog park. Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. About: I am looking to offer the unique opportunity to allow people to have their pets cared for by someone who is truly qualified. My personal goal is to put all profits made on Rover towards my student loans. About: I’ve taken care of animals since a little girl. I’ve trained 2 medical service dogs so far! I’m currently learning more about specialty training. I have puppy training experience, crate training, leash training, senior care, and medication management. I’m a graphic designer and I work from home. I rarely leave the house! That means I have all the time for your fur baby! I have a large fenced back yard, and a garage that is set up as a dog hang out spot with access to water & shade from the sun! I have one very friendly 11 month old German shepherd mix who loves to play & is crate trained. I have the backyard & garage on camera, but I keep an eye on my dog regardless. I either work on my laptop from the back window, or outside! We also take walks around the neighborhood. I also have a small doggy pool! The fence is over 6 foot & secured with privacy lining.
About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.

About: Hello! My name is Tabatha Garman, I am the sole owner and operator of Special Paws Pet Care and a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). As a veterinary technician, I play the nurse role of the veterinary team. I graduated from Kent State University with my Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in May of 2021 and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Integrated Studies focused in animal behavior. While in school for my technician license, I gained various hands-on skills with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, horses, snakes, and much more. Outside of school, I have trained at numerous veterinary hospitals and gained vital experience in CPR and emergency response. My personal experience caring for animals expands far beyond my education and career, as I have cared for my own, family's, and friend's pets my entire life. As previously mentioned, I have a vast range of experience with different species from small pocket pets and reptiles to large and farm animals. I love working with nearly any species, especially pigs and cows! My medication administration skills are just as vast, including giving various types of injections and fluids, oral pill and liquid administration, topical applications, etc. Any pets with special needs are assured to be taken care of! Specializing in animal behavior, those with unique personalities or who are a bit grumpy or naturally prefer alone time are some of my favorite to work with. I love working to understand them and win them over and am happy to try to work with any type of disposition or behavioral challenges. No job is too big or small. I am currently dedicating my time to in-home pet care while going to school full-time online, so I am free to fit your pet into my schedule however you may need. While I do personalize my schedule to fit your pet specifically, my typical day is scheduled like this and changed as needed, just to give you a better idea of your pet's time with me: When I arrive, I always spend time making sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need. When staying with them overnight, I will keep them company until morning, make sure they have everything they need and get some pets or playtime in, then I will leave as needed to tend to any other appointments, making sure to return to check-in and spend time with them at minimum every 3-4 hours, unless more frequently is needed. Whether you just need a daily check in and play time for your cat while you're away, or if you need someone to take your pup out every couple of hours along with walks and lots of play time, or even if you have an older pup who can't really spend time alone at all, we can definitely make a plan to suit your family purrr-fectly. Your pet's safety is always my top priority. Whether at home, in the car, at the vet, out for a walk, or at the park, I am always extremely diligent to make sure your pet stays safe and sound. I always use doggy seatbelts or enclosures when driving, reflective strips and flashlights at night, ramps and manual assistance for mobility-challenged pups, predator-deterrent to protect them from harm, and vet-approved chews or boredom busters to make sure your pup is happier and healthier when you arrive back home. Out of an abundance of caution, I typically do not have pets I'm watching interact with other pets I'm unfamiliar with (ie: no communal dog parks). In the case that anything does happen while I am with them, I am trained on the safest and most effective way to stop a dog fight, as well as being trained in CPR, emergency triage and response, and homeostatic stabilization. I also always have a list of the nearest emergency hospitals on hand should they ever be needed. I strive to follow all pet-parent's wants and needs for their pets, including whatever training or rules you may have for your pet while they are in my care (crating, treats, toys, etc). About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

About: For the past seven years, I had the privilege of sharing my life with my dog, Agatha, whom I adopted when she was around seven years old. She recently passed away at an estimated 14 years old after battling cancer. Caring for Agatha, especially during the last few months of her life, taught me patience, compassion, and how to meet a dog exactly where they are. As she got older, she needed more hands-on support.
