I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. I check the weather before every walk and adjust: short routes and shaded paths in the heat, and less time outside in the cold. Before the first visit, I make sure your vet's information, any medications, and other specifics are written down or saved in the Rover app for easy reference. We can go over detailed instructions at the meet and greet or by message beforehand. If anything seems wrong, you will hear from me immediately. Trust I work full time in HR, so confidentiality and the careful handling of sensitive information are things I take seriously. I treat your keys, door codes, and home with that same standard of care. Keys are never labeled with an address or unit number, and they are stored securely in my home when not in use. You will receive photos and an update with every visit. I never bring anyone along, and I never share photos of your pet publicly without asking first. If my plans change, you will hear about it early rather than at the last minute. Environment In your home, I stick to the areas you tell me to use and leave everything as I found it, including lights, doors, and the thermostat. I also pick up after your pet and tidy anything we have used before I leave.

About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life! I had a Black Lab for 14 years, and my love for animals has also led me to volunteer with the SPCA and other dog shelters. I’m passionate about providing dogs with the same love, attention, and care I gave my own. I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! I’m available to care for your furry friend on weekends and after 4–5 PM on weekdays. I can easily incorporate pet care into my routine and am happy to provide walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of love and attention!
