They were not comfortable with other dogs, just each other. They made sure they were separated from the others and still made sure they had plenty of space. Cons: They left the harnesses on them the entire time. The youngest pup has a line in his fur where the harness was placed.”

About: I am an emergency nurse 2 days a week and a mom to 2 crazy girls full time. My availability on the weekends can vary because of my nursing job. I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. Right away from drop-off I had a sense of calm and peace with Jacob, his pets, and his beautiful backyard. Jacob sent pictures while away that showed Benji fitting right in with his new friends. I'll gladly use Jacob's services again and he really helped put our mind at ease!”
“Pros: My furbabies were very happy when I arrived. Rodney made sure that we received daily updates on their progress because they had a slightly unique scenario. They were not comfortable with other dogs, just each other. They made sure they were separated from the others and still made sure they had plenty of space. Cons: They left the harnesses on them the entire time. The youngest pup has a line in his fur where the harness was placed.”
“Another great stay for London. I even had to extend by a day and Lonnie was vert accommodating. Lonnie communicates and sends photos so I know London is happy and safe.”
“We booked Kyla and Cody not just for boarding our pup, but for drop-in visits with our other critters. Kyla and Cody were fantastic! We had some unique instructions, and nothing fazed them. They were great about providing updates and photos, asked questions when appropriate, and overall just gave us a sense of relief that our babies would be in good hands so that we could truly relax while we were away from home. Plus our pup found a great new friend in their dog while in their home.”

She even made doggie cookies for my girl Leah! I was having surgery and felt totally comfortable leaving Leah with her. I could definitely tell that Leah enjoyed her time with Judy and her family!
