This was our first time with a service like Rover, and we were apprehensive about leaving our fur baby with a private family. We could see that Boo was comfortable with Gina when we dropped her off, and Gina kept us informed all along the way with texts and pictures. None of the places that we have boarded Boo before have given her the attention and affection she received from Gina and Brian. There is no doubt that we will be using them again - as well as highly recommend them.”
About: For 30+ years, I've taken care of pets & animals of all ages and sizes. Dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and even chickens. I can be relied upon to care for your pets with love and compassion when you're not able to! I work full-time, I have two daughters (12 & 14), I have a full-time working husband, and we have a 6 year old Basset Hound named Tootsie. While we lead busy lives, we have structure and schedules that our furry friends fit well into! I am easily able to carve out time for walks, meals, playtimes and bedtimes. We live in a quiet neighborhood and we have a 6 year old Basset Hound that can keep your pet company! I also have experience with crating if needed/wanted.

We live on 2 acres that hoping to get fenced in the next year. We like hiking so your dogs into that please have all flea and tick things they require. All dogs must be vaccinated and up to date on shots as we have 2 dogs. All dogs must be good with small children. Home sitting /walking in mostly available afternoon night time. Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. Any questions on the space they will be at you can come and take a tour or I can send you pictures. ❤️🐾
About: I’ve taken care of animals since a little girl. I’ve trained 2 medical service dogs so far! I’m currently learning more about specialty training. I have puppy training experience, crate training, leash training, senior care, and medication management. I’m a graphic designer and I work from home. I rarely leave the house! That means I have all the time for your fur baby! I have a large fenced back yard, and a garage that is set up as a dog hang out spot with access to water & shade from the sun! About: I’ve had cats for about seven years now, and I currently have five of my own, so I’m very comfortable with all the little things that come with taking care of cats. I clean their litter boxes, feed them, play with them, give them plenty of attention, and honestly probably give them more attention than they need. 😂 I even sleep with them every night. I’ve also had experience with cats that need extra care. One of my cats was blind, deaf, FIV positive, and had six toes, so I’m very comfortable being patient and paying close attention to a cat’s individual needs. I’ve also cared for a cat who needed a specific diet, had to be hand-fed, and needed to be fed with a syringe. Because of my own cats, I’m used to noticing their different personalities, routines, and behaviors and knowing when something seems off. About: I have always been an animal person. I am experienced in giving medication, house training and baths. I have even have given a pet ivs once when they were I'll. I am available all day. If I need to leave my house it is no more than 20mins and I will notify you if wished. I have a medium size fenced in back yard which has plenty of playing space. About: I have had pets ever since I was a small child: dogs, cats, hamster, gerbils, chinchilla, parakeet, turtles, even a toad that we saved from a freezing winter. We took care of it till spring and then released it. I love animals of all types. Almost, I'm not babysitting your tarantula or pet snake. My dog and cat are loved as if they were my children and your dog will be treated this way as well. We enjoy taking walks and car rides to the dog park in nice days. I never allow my dog outside without me. I am semi-retired and I work from home painting and repairing furniture and working on various crafts. Therefore I am very flexible with my time. I live in a decent sized 2 story home with a large back yard. It is not fenced all the way so my dog is always on a cable or leash. We live to go for walks and to the dog park for extra exercise. My dog is a husky mix and is almost 4 years old. She loves dogs of all sizes.

About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. Since we lost him, we’ve wanted to continue helping/caring for dogs and can’t think of a better way then helping others with their fur animals. We know the working world doesn’t always accommodate balancing out caring for our fur friends and work and would love to help with that! Please chose us to care for your fur friends whether it’s a walk or a overnight stay in our home! We will treat them with the utmost love and care! We live on 2 acres that hoping to get fenced in the next year. We like hiking so your dogs into that please have all flea and tick things they require. All dogs must be vaccinated and up to date on shots as we have 2 dogs. All dogs must be good with small children. Home sitting /walking in mostly available afternoon night time. Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. Any questions on the space they will be at you can come and take a tour or I can send you pictures. ❤️🐾

My personal goal is to put all profits made on Rover towards my student loans. About: Hello!! I've had my own cat since 2017 and am an avid stray feeder (and occasional trapper). I also volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue at least 2 days a week, usually doing morning cat care (but sometimes you can find me there during open hours). I feed all of the cats, replace water, scoop litter boxes, clean up whatever I might find, and give medication when needed. I encounter all different types of personalities and customize my approach to each one. I've been volunteering there since October 2025. I've also been pet sitting personally to friends since I was a teenager. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of animals and building trust with them, especially the shy ones. Truly nothing makes me happier than scooping 20 litter boxes with cats all around me. I also regularly take care of my friend's dog who is a spunky and reactive, but very sweet, terrier mix. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to my own cat, so I will understand if you need consistent pictures or a FaceTime call to calm your nerves! I once drove home in a blizzard because I couldn't see my cat on my cameras (she was completely fine). I'm also working on getting my Fear Free Pet Sitter Certification as I believe in preventing as much fear, anxiety, and stress as possible in all pets. Furthermore, I don't believe in assigning spite or malice to any animals. They are all innocent creatures to me. <3 I'm currently only working part-time so I have a lot of time to take care of your pets!! I can do mornings, afternoons, evenings, etc. One of the things I pride myself on is not only taking care of your pet like I would my own, but also your home. I'm a neat freak so I promise to leave it better than I found it! My least favorite part of taking a trip is coming home knowing my apartment would be a mess due to my cat sitter just not really caring. Not with me!
