“Our two dogs seemed to be at ease with Megan during a four hour "day care" at her residence. They came home happy, tired and healthy. I think that's a good sign. I met her two dogs and found them to be gentle and well-behaved. Although our dogs were with her for only a four hour stay that day, she still somehow managed to get nice, little walk in for them! At this point, I feel comfortable with Megan and her ability to care for our doggies and would use her service again. She's very professional, cordial and accommodating. About: I (Eren) have been a veterinary technician since 2023, working in a variety of settings including a clinic, shelter, and university research hospital caring for special-needs dogs. Through this experience, I’m comfortable with medical care, senior pets, administering medications, recognizing early signs of illness, and handling animals with unique behavioral needs. I’ve also had animals my entire life, from cats and dogs to exotics, so I understand how different every species (and every personality!) can be. I’m patient, gentle, and confident with shy or anxious animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. My partner Luca is also part of our Rover profile and shares this same passion for animal care. We have multiple pets together and work as a team to provide attentive, reliable care. Luca previously worked at the same clinic I’m at as a receptionist and veterinary assistant, and now works in a science lab where he also helps care for lab animals. His experience makes him calm, capable, and very comfortable handling a wide range of animals. What sets us apart is that we combine professional veterinary experience with genuine, everyday love for animals. Between the two of us, your pets will always have attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. We currently have cats, ferrets, mice and 1 bearded dragon of our own, and we hold ourselves to the same high standard of care that we would want for them. Pet care fits naturally into our weekly routine because animals have always been a huge part of our lives. I work full-time, but I schedule my Rover services around my work hours so that every visit gets my full attention. I’m typically available before or after work for drop-ins, walks, and evening check-ins, and I always communicate clearly about my availability. My partner Luca helps provide additional flexibility. He is a full-time student and works part-time in a lab, with a schedule that tends to stay consistent for longer periods. Because our schedules often complement each other, one of us is usually available when the other is not. This allows us to offer more consistent and reliable care throughout the day. Even with busy schedules, caring for animals is something we both genuinely enjoy and make time for, and we never take on more than we can fully commit to. We primarily care for pets in our clients’ homes, where they feel safest and most comfortable. As a veterinary technician, safety is always my first priority. We follow your pet’s normal routines closely, including feeding, medications, walks, and playtime, while also keeping an eye out for any early signs of stress or illness. We’re respectful of your home, trustworthy with your space, and committed to creating a calm, clean environment for your pets while you’re away. We provide regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how your pet is doing.
About: Hi! I’m a dependable dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and come from a family of rescue lovers. I currently care for my own rescue dog, who has severe anxiety, and caring for him has taught me a lot of patience and how to recognize each pet’s different personalities and needs. About: I have been house sitting and watching animals since I have been in middle school. I have also had a dog since I was in kindergarten with my family adopting a new puppy there years ago which I helped train. I am a college student taking a summer class at Lebanon Valley College which leaves me free all day on the weekends and on Wednesdays in which there is no class. I am also available to stop by for a bit in the evenings after class lets out. I love playing with dogs and would love to any type of dog on a walk/run and promise that I will be able to tire out the dog before I do. About: I am 24 years old and am looking for extra work this summer. I love animals and I have had dogs my entire life ranging in sizes. I’ve had pugs and a shih tzu as well as a black lab and a cane corso. I also have had several cats so I’m equipped and comfortable with them as well. I have multiple different handling experiences with different dogs with different temperaments. I have also taken multiple handling and training classes with a dog trainer. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter.
