About: I was a puppy raiser for The Seeing-Eye between 2005 and 2016. My family raised 6 puppies starting at 8 weeks old, so I am well-versed in both puppy care and training. As puppy raisers it is our job to socialize our puppies to new environments and teach them basic obedience and manners as they will need to be well-behaved in public for their future blind partner. I also formerly worked at the family dog training school. I've lived with primarily German Shepherds, as well as a pitbull and collie. Though I have met and understand a wide variety of dog breeds. My animal experience doesn't stop at dogs & cats, either! I've personally owned or cared for rats, gerbils, mice, guinea pigs, freshwater fish, snakes, lizards and even horses! I currently have a retail job with random hours so my schedules will vary week by week. I do typically have Wednesdays off of work, though. About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! About: I’ve had experience with Dogs and Cats basically my entire life, but took over caring for my childhood pets as they aged! Now I’m a pittie mom x2 with my boyfriend! I’m a college student currently, and work 3 days a week on breaks, so I have a pretty open schedule to fit various availability needs! To me, our pets are our family. I see my own as children and I dote on them and love them as such. Big or small, dogs or cats. I love them all.
About: **please note I have a day job that takes me away from my house M-F from 5:30am until 4:15pm…all boarded pets will be let out to potty immediately upon returning home ** I have been taken care of dogs for over 15 years. My first dog 2 when I adopted him and I cared for him until he crossed over the rainbow bridge when he passed at 10yrs old. I also raised two puppies from 8 weeks until they crossed over as well. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days. I will make sure they are let out before I leave and let out again immediately once I return home. I am able to walk dogs / check in on family pets after 4:30pm on week days. I have a deck and a 6ft tall fenced in yard. I do not have small children in my home. I also do not have any other pets that may not get along with another dog. I will always care for your pet as if it were my own.

About: I have experience, taking care of cats, dogs, and chickens. I am willing to take care of smaller animals, such as hamsters, birds or guinea pigs as well. During the summer, I am home most days of the week. I am a full time teacher so I am off during the summer. Therefore I am very reliable and flexible with times.
