She is very cooperative and loves Kate. She had not seen Kate for over 5 months and when we drove up, she gave a howl of recognition and delight. Needless to say, my dog pulled me into the house. We had a vacation and so did my dog. Kate is genuinely kind and caring. She sends me photos daily and does not hesitate to ask a question. However, Kate knows my dog so well (and dogs in general) and always has her best interest at heart. I know that my dog had a wonderful time with Kate. If you need a dog sitter in the Media area or for that matter, I suggest driving to have Kate take care of your precious dog. I knew Kate before I knew she was on Rover. About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have only guinea pigs now, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.

About: Welcome to Aaron’s Boarding, a 4 bedroom ranch house on an acre of land that includes a private fenced in yard for lots of activities and play. We are pleased to announce that we now offer dog walking and hourly yard rental through SniffSpot, Melanie’s Play yard. My team and I have taken care of over 100 foster and boarder dogs including the SCPA and training service dogs. We’ve cared for moms with litters of 10 puppies, young adult, adult, senior, special needs including diabetes and all types of physical disabilities. We have been boarding dogs since April 2020. We are able to take dogs up to 65 pounds and any dogs over 65 pounds will be considered if trained well, Rover just doesn’t have a setting to say that. Most of our clients choose us because we offer private boarding for their dog only. However, our business has grown, and we now accept a maximum of 3 dogs. The dogs can either come from the same home or they are friends or we sometimes negotiate a cross board through a meet and greet. We have a highly desirable environment due to not having any dogs, cats, or small children. We provide bowls and crates. Bring dog beds, food, treats, bones and toys. We do not provide those. We are a team of 3 with 24 hour service. IMPORTANT!!! We only board dogs. Dogs must be crate trained. We only accept dogs that sleep in a crate at night. No exceptions. We only take dogs that are microchipped and spayed/neutered. All new dogs are required to have a meet and greet before being accepted for boarding. We only take puppies older than 16 weeks and they must be house trained, crate trained, don’t jump or bite and sleep through the night. About: My name is Eleanor. In the last year we recently lost our own senior dogs who were 17, 16 and 15. We fostered and subsequently adopted a corgi puppy who we nursed through a PDA heart surgery. He is a happy, healthy pup and LOVES being with other dogs. I am also the mom of five children who are 13, 12, 9 and 5 year old twins. I have provided pet care services for many years but started back up after the addition of our twins :) My husband works from home which allows me to come help you with your furry friend! I am on the board of a senior dog rescue called Senior Dog Haven and Hospice and ran it for 10+ years until I recently passed on the reins. We rescue dogs aged 7 and up that have found themselves homeless later in life. I love animals, especially elderly ones, and have dedicated my life to their care. I have fostered almost 100 senior dogs in the last 10 years and have a ton of experience with special needs dogs. I would love to come love on your dog and spoil them anytime you need me! We require your furry friend to be kid and dog friendly as they will get lots of love from our pack of children and our puppy, Gus Gus! I am a stay at home mom with a husband that works from home. Our schedule is extremely flexible and someone is almost always home. I have a one acre fenced in yard that has a small dog and large dog fenced in area. I love animals and will always take the very best care of them! We often host doggy day care days to tire out pups! About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and pets for as long as I can remember. I have watched, walked, cared for my neighbors animals and even my own! I’ve always adored dogs and cats so this seemed like the perfect fit! Trying to make some money for college, what’s a better job then this! Currently in school right now but I only have classes on Wednesday and Thursday from 9am-12pm. I am free most of the time outside of that and I need a new hobby so this would be perfect! About: I have been dog sitting since I was a kid. My neighbors, friends, and family would always reach out to me to care for their dogs while away or just to walk and let them out on a busy day. I have some experience training dogs, grooming them, and giving medications. I have also helped foster dogs! I am active and love to walk and play with pups but can also act as a great companion or company! I work 3 days out of the week. I am looking to care for pets on the days that I am not working. My schedule differs each week. I am looking for something to keep me busy and entertained on those days! I am safe and knowledgeable when it comes to pet care. “This is about the 4th time that Kate has taken care of my precious mini Schnauzer. This was a 10 day visit. My Schnauzer is so warm and loving but she can be shy. She is very cooperative and loves Kate. She had not seen Kate for over 5 months and when we drove up, she gave a howl of recognition and delight. Needless to say, my dog pulled me into the house. We had a vacation and so did my dog. Kate is genuinely kind and caring. She sends me photos daily and does not hesitate to ask a question. However, Kate knows my dog so well (and dogs in general) and always has her best interest at heart. I know that my dog had a wonderful time with Kate. If you need a dog sitter in the Media area or for that matter, I suggest driving to have Kate take care of your precious dog. I knew Kate before I knew she was on Rover. When, she told me, I jumped at the chance for my dog to stay with her. I cannot stress enough how professional, caring, communicative and loving Kate is with my dog. I had a great vacation and so did my Schnauzer! You do not need to search, Kate is the best!!”

“OMG! Alyssa and Marcus were amazing!!! It was Sam's first time being away from home. I was super nervous because he can get a little anxious and I didn't know how he would adjust to being away from home. We thought about it over some time and Alyssa and Marcus were able to accomodate our plans last minute. Before the reservation was even finalized, they were so helpful and reassuring. They kept me updated throughout his stay with so many pictures and reassurances. It really put my mind at ease. Sam had such a good time with Zara, Alyssa, and Marcus...I think he was upset he had to leave! I can't imagine sending him anywhere else. I definitely weill be booking with them again.”
