I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. About: I have taken care of my baby Jo since I was 10 years old. We have a bond like no other, and I would keep her forever if I could. I bathe her, feed her, play with her, and cuddle with her every night! Although she can have an attitude often, she comes around eventually wanting love. I can clean litter boxes and have had my fair share of cleaning throw up, as she has had hairball issues in the past. I have given her oral medications and groomed her when necessary. I have worked with tiny to extra large dogs, i have also worked with aggressive dogs. I am able to feed early morning and evenings, I can also give medication and deal with any other medical need. About: I've always had dogs & cats growing up. Recently, my husband & I rescued a puppy from North Carolina, named Mack. He is the light of our life. In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. I love to be around dogs, and want to ensure they get the best care, whether that be walking or playing ball/fetch, or just snuggles. I hope you reach out for any needs! I currently work full time about 20 minutes from my home, which allows me a greater radius to care for your loved one. I work M-F 8am-4pm (roughly), so I am available for any after work or weekend assistance. I have a fully fenced in yard for my dog to play in. We play ball multiple times throughout the day. About: Do you ever look at your dog and think how did I get so lucky...Pups to many our like children they get all the love you have to give...Like you the time I am with them I will love and adore them...I've almost always had a dog...My beagle Shelby 15 1/2 passed away on December 20, 2022 and Dante passed away July 4th 2020, I don't have the heart to delete them he was 11 and had been with me the past 4 years since I saved him from the NYC kill shelter on his last day...I trap cats have them fixed and find them homes, some stay (10)....I am active on house sitting sites and travel for sits whenever I have free time from work (photographer)...For years I have taken care of friends cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats and Rizzo the rat... I work a lot from home only gone a few hours at a time if I do need to go out for any jobs or errands... I do have an indoor/outdoor kennel in my barn in the house I have a spare bedroom a pet can have if they need their own space also a mud room which I mostly use for kittens/cats I have trapped...

About: I am a lover of all pets and have experience ranging from stopping by for bathroom breaks/feeding to overnight house sitting. I have been relied on to walk, feed, and give medication to cats and dogs. I am comfortable with all size pets. I am a young adult with no children and work 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. I am able to work from home once and month and around the holidays from September to mid-May. I work from home once a week in the summer months. I am also able to leave for lunch so I can easily pop over on my lunch break. After work, I usually just relax and go to the gym so, I would love to be accompanied by your pet! Unfortunately, someone in my household has a pet allergy, but I am more than to stay at the caregiver’s home where the pet is more comfortable. I will follow and comply to any care instructions. I respect others’ spaces and belongings and will leave your home exactly as you left it, if not cleaner (I love cleaning). My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away and I am happy to accommodate all needs to do so! I love cuddles and will play with them. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc. I will be working part-time starting April 14, 2024. I have fresh water out all day and I feed them twice a day. My dogs get a specialized high end kibble which I supplement with fresh meat, organ, eggs, fruits, veggies, goats milk, coconut oil, bone broth, salmon oil, turmeric and a daily vitamin. I wash my dogs as needed or every two weeks. I brush their teeth, fur, and clip their nails weekly as well. I only have high quality chew bones and other toys available that don’t pose a risk as my dogs are heavy chewers.

About: I have a country setting home and have a mini farm that's slowly growing. My animals are part of my family so they are treated as so. I am a stay at home mom of 2 boys and my days consist of caring for my entire family. Have transportation if necessary and an incredible vet if anything God forbid were to happen during my care. Proper care consisting of following proper feeding schedules. Exercise consists of walks at the park and bathing if necessary. Lots of cuddles of pets if necessary and probably if not but definitely observant of pets needs. All animals will be given the respect they deserve.
