About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. My job was to complete health checks, socialize, feed, groom, and clean the cats, as well as maintain the cleanliness of the rooms they dwelled in. I actually met my cat there! We created such a strong bond that I had to take him home and we have been inseparable since! I have also volunteered in a cat veterinarian clinic in the past, administering oral medications and helping handle.

About: I've had pets my entire life and am well aware of the dedication, discipline, and love it takes to care for cats and dogs alike. I have vast experience with extra mini, small, medium, and large dogs; puppies and older dogs; and cats and kittens. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, wash, train, feed, and care for their pets for multiple days at a time. I recently have been exposed to training dogs to be mental health service dogs, so I am well aware of the necessity to keep them on a disciplined schedule and regime while still allowing them to play and be puppies! As for cats, although their care generally is less complicated than that of dogs', it is no less important to provide everything that their owners have implemented into their lives. About: Large Animal Science graduate, have completed the vet tech, dog grooming, and agility courses at BCAHS. Experience with diverse/exotic animal caretaking rolls, canine cpr certified, lots of experience with difficult dog breeds. My schedule with work is very flexible. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.

I am new here in town and wish to establish myself as a carer and guardian of your pets when you need a hand. I genuinely will love and cherish them in the short time I might spend with them.. Their safety, happiness and calmness are important to me and I will give all my devotion to them while in my care or in your home. I hope to be here for you anytime you need.! We have just moved here from the UK in mid 2024. Our 4 cats are the biggest part of our lives and as I work from home I am so attached to them! That freedom can also allow me to care for your pet as well and love them as if they were my own while you are away! For now I have decided to offer myself up to visit your home when you wish to feed, walk and play with your pets as well as those necessary litter box details if you have cats.. I am honest and dependable with a deep love for animals and for being kind and gentle. I won't just feed them and leave.. Whether you have dogs, cats or any other animal, I will spend some time with them, make sure they feel safe and warm and be your eyes and ears during your absence. I would be thrilled to send you photos or video or even a live face to face call with your pets. I am a southern boy raised by strong southern women and I absolutely will respect your home, property and pets. In the near future I will also offer a boarding option as well after I've settled in here in Danville. I am willing to travel a but out of the area if you need as well. Other services I will consider providing are house sitting your home with or without pets. I am flexible and truly well meaning and respectful and hope to become your "Go-To" Guy!

Our kitties came home happy, clean (I mention this because the first thing our two kitties stop doing if they feel any kind of stress is letting the shine on their coats diminish. What made the stay even better was that Crystal's daughter and son also took such an active role in the care of our cats, which was so wonderful as the the two cats have different temperaments and both seemed happy with their stay! About: I have been passionate about the care of animals ever since I was a child. I’ve owned 4 dogs of my own and would love the opportunity to care for your fur baby. I now have the time and space to offer my home and large, fenced-in yard to dog sitting services for your dog’s needs. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine. I work full-time from home, so I’m able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog, Kip, is part of a consistent schedule that includes two to three walks daily, outdoor time in our large fenced-in yard, playtime, and downtime for rest and cuddles. Because I’m home all day, dogs in my care are never left alone for long periods and are able to maintain a routine similar to what they’re used to at home. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that means extra exercise, quiet companionship, or structured routines, and I enjoy making pet care a central part of my day rather than something I have to fit in around other commitments. When caring for dogs in my home, I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where they’re treated like part of the family. About: I've raised both of my dogs since they were puppies and understand how important consistency is. I enjoy learning about each dog I meet and discovering ways to connect with them. Dog hugs are just a plus! My pet care availability will typically be before 8am and after 4:30pm during the week. I would also consider overnight bookings during the week. Weekends, I am typically available at all times day and night. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs. I live in an area with a great walking trail and a dog park we can visit. I also have an available crate (Large) with a dog bed and plenty of dog food/treats to share.
