About: I have always had a connection with animals. I wasn't able to get my first pet until I was 10 and it was a guinea pig...fast forward 22 years and that connection and passion for animals has not changed. I worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years including school, most of which was in Maine. I no longer work as a technician but still love to fill my time with taking care of people's pets. I currently have a pretty open schedule. The only reason I would not be able to do certain days would be due to medical appointments or family obligations. When I care for your pet I will be able to spend as much time playing, walking, relaxing. Whatever you and they may want or need. I am able to give medication including insulin and fluids.
About: I have cared for friends cats in the past, providing drop in visits two times each day. This included feeding, scooping the litter box, washing and changing out water and food bowls, and playing with the cats for a little bit.

About: I’ve adored taking care of especially cats since I was just a little kid! I understand that they’re more likely to have pickier needs that dogs which I am always happy to adapt too! Maintaining a cats area and appearance is very important for them and I am willing to clean litter boxes, cat towers, and even the cat themselves with bathing and fur grooming. Medications are also not a problem, I have tricks to ensure your cat takes or is given proper treatments as needed. All I care about is ensuring you kitty-cat is healthy and happy no matter how friendly or distant they are!

About: I’ve been around dogs of all different sizes and breeds since I was a young kid. I have always loved dogs and wanted my house full of them when I got older. This gives me a chance to care for all the dogs I’ve always wanted to. I have history with dogs that have different temperaments and know how to handle dogs of all different energy levels. I am a stay at home mom of two younger kids who love all animals so your pups will never be alone. I am always home and able to let them out for potty breaks and take them on nice long walks when the weather is nice! We are a family with a very flexible schedule and will be able to meet any of your pets needs at any time of the day or night. I have a large fenced in yard, lots of room for playing, running and relaxing along side of our very friendly dog named Eliza who loves having a buddy to play with. We have lots of room indoors as well as outdoors for snuggle time on the couch, floor or wherever they feel comfortable. We have an upstairs and downstairs so there is room for a crate if your pet feels more relaxed in there own space. I do also have a large crate unused if you can’t bring your own! I have the ability and practice of giving dogs medications if needed so anything your dog may need while staying with me will be no problem at all! We are an animal loving family who has a lot of care to give, we are very trustworthy and will always treat your pet like they’re our own!

We met with Suzy last week for a ‘meet and greet’ before taking Abby today for her first full day with Suzy. About: I have taken care of my own pets and others for over 25 years. Our current house includes 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have a lab, golden and corgi. I also welcome foster animals into our home when i can. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have flexibility to visit multiple times a day or host in my own home. My dogs are very friendly with others and welcome new friends and people. I do have an electric fence but am happy to keep dogs on the leash to go outside. I am happy to crate if needed for your dog. I keep extra crates in my home to use.
About: I’ve had pets since I was 5. I’ve always been in charge of their wellbeing. I currently have 4 pets so handling a couple more fur babies isn’t a problem for me. Either they’re big or small. I’ll treat them as my own. I currently am not working so I will be with your fur baby 24/7. I am very strict with feeding times, potty breaks and play time. I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room to run. I also live a block away from the park so a nice walk would be able to happen as well. About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. About: I’ve had a heart for animals since I was young, and have owned both cats and dogs - ranging from low-energy Pugs to high-energy Boxers - for the majority of my life. My pet care experience mostly includes sitting for friends and family members, and caring for my own dog, a 6-year old Mini Poodle mix. I’ve taken care of senior animals with a variety of health conditions, and have no problem providing medications from pills to eye drops. I also have some experience working with reactive dogs, as my dog deals with reactivity issues. Through a 6-session training course we completed with a professional trainer in the summer of 2025, I’ve learned techniques to improve behavior on walks, as well as a long list of enrichment activities to help your high-energy pups burn energy throughout the day. The best days for me to care for your pet in Lancaster or York are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and weekends. If requested, I may be able to accommodate services in Lancaster on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. I thrive on routines and like to keep somewhat of a normal routine for my dog. This includes feedings, giving medications, multiple walks, and enrichment activities (in or outside, depending on weather). My dog has anxiety and spring/summer are the most difficult for her, so I keep on music or background sounds while in the house, and make sure she is always on a leash when outside. I am willing and open to following any routines you have for your pet, however, I am not comfortable with electric fences or shock collars. I always have my phone easily accessible and am a quick communicator, so I can provide pictures, texts, or calls as requested if you’d like to check up on your fur baby.
