About: I've been caring for dogs since I was little, starting with Champ, the family golden retriever. As I got older, I adopted my own dog during my time in law school, Sasha (see profile photo), who is a Shepherd-Pyrenees mix. After Sasha, along came Sadie the Great Pyrenees. Needless to say, I have a lot of hands-on experience with larger breeds and know how to handle them on walks. Coming to college and not having any to take care of or be with has been a downer so having me take care of your dogs should be no worry to you and it will be mentally nurturing for me! I am a student and I am free Tuesday-Fridays anytime after 4 and on weekends and Mondays I am free all day long to be there for your pets. I live in an apartment building but there is a park right down the street that I can take them too and a small pocket park outside of my apartment building
About: I have taken care of close friends and families pets for years and I have decided to expand and see if anyone else needs care for their animals! I have plenty of experience working with animals. I started out as a farm aid at Turtleback zoo a couple years ago and left to go work with marine mammals in Florida. When I came back to NJ I went to Cape May and worked as a full time seasonal animal keeper. After my 6 months were up I went back to Turtleback zoo as a Relief Keeper. I left the zoo field December 2021 and started working part time at a local vet clinic where I work with all size dogs and cats. I know how to give medications also if your dog or cat have any special needs! I currently work full time, first shift for a laboratory. I also work part time at a vets office but when I am dog sitting I do not just do that your pets have more of my attention and are my priority. If I were to stay at your house I can walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them on local hiking trails! Whatever works best! I am here to care for your animals just as I would my own. My dogs Cooper and Ginger are very spoiled and I can guarantee yours will be also! Depending on the needs of your pet will be the deciding factor of our daily routine.
