“This place, just a few miles out from Bath PA, is an old farm in the process of renovation. It served as a perfectly lovely situation for my little dog to have a few days at "camp." There are resident pets who seemed to welcome the visitor ans make friends quite quickly. Michelle kept my " Boots" close to her but pretty free to roam and explore the farm on a long lead. Many pictures demonstrating his happy exploration of the setting were provided. Michelle was very helpful and flexible about the need to unexpectedly extend the stay and handled the details with Rover quickly and effectively. I had no concerns about my pet's welfare and contentment. I miss my little shadow when I'm away, but found him happy, relaxed and in fine shape when I picked him up. I am glad to recommend this place and sitter highly and quite likely to recommend this sit highly and am quite likely to use it again.”

We had a fairly last minute booking and she was able to accommodate our 3 dogs of different energy levels, food, medications, etc. One of our dogs can be a little reactionary but not with Deirdre. Wonderful space and a great yard for them to play in. The dogs came back tired and I swear, a little better behaved, but maybe that was the exhaustion of playing. Would definitely book again and is now our first choice going forward.”

“Equasia is a beautiful person with a kind and generous soul. I was in a bind, looking for someone to watch my cat Leonidas, who has diabetes this past holiday weekend. I was going for knee surgery the Monday after the holiday and needed a safe place for him to stay. Equasia was willing and able to watch him, being ok with giving him his medicine at such short notice. We spoke on the phone so we could have a brief introduction and I was sold. Not only was she able and willing to watch him but I had no way of picking him up after my hospital discharge and she was willing to bring him home. She went above and beyond the care and support that was needed. She kept me posted daily on how he was and sent me pictures of him as well. I will be going through this surgery again and I will be making arrangements with Equasia for care of my little guy Leonidas. She wasn't just a pet sitter, she was a pet parent and she cared for him as such. 5 stars, I will always go to her if and when I need extended pet care. She provides a comfortable home for a newcomer, making it a safe space for him. I couldn't ask for a better place and person to watch over Leonidas. I am grateful to have met her and thankful for everything that she did.”

She made sure their food and water was filled, scooped the litter boxes, swept up around the litter boxes, and stayed and played with the kitties for awhile. She took lots of pictures to send to me while I was away. My white cat, Tigger, hides whenever anyone comes over (he only stays out for me) and she had pictures of him laying on the couch!!! “I’m very happy with Ja’s service! I have a Pitbull and a rather large German Shepherd. While the Pibble is a sweetheart the Shepherd can be a bit of a handful at times. She has a very calming demeanor and has great control over them both. She gave them extra pets and even sat in the sun with them on the balcony for a bit. She even brought in my meal delivery and put everything in the fridge for me. Will certainly book again! Especially next time I leave town! Thank you Ja!”

During breaks from school, I had the opportunity to work in a boarding kennel where I walked, fed, bathed, and played with all types of dogs. When available for doggie day care and boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and I have two dogs in my home, so a meet in greet would be required prior to services to ensure all pets are comfortable. This would be in New Tripoli, PA. There is a nearby creek and park that I can take your pet to for walks if you would like. I am also available for drop ins, walks and care within the owners home! In terms of walking and check ins, I can come to your home and check on your pet throughout the day and take them for walks around your home or to a local park if applicable. Right now, I am in between jobs but also commute daily in between New Tripoli and Mcadoo/Hazleton PA. I am looking to pick up some walking and drop in shifts at this time within the locations of those two towns. I have a large fenced in yard for your pet to be able to roam freely and safely. I also have a pet friendly home and neighborhood to ensure safety. I am also able to travel to your home to provide care and make sure they are comfortable in their own environment.

About: Hi! I’m a dependable dog lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I understand that every dog has their own personality and routine, and I make it a priority to keep them comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away. I have experience with puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, crate routines, basic medication administration, and giving extra patience and attention to dogs with specific needs. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just a calm companion, I provide loving and reliable care tailored to their routine. I treat every dog like family and work hard to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their pup is in good hands. I’m currently a school teacher. So I will be available most days in the summer to care for your pet. This includes spending time with them, walking them, etc. I have 15 acres that your pup and I can explore. Mostly wooded, and does have a small creek. Your pup will get the opportunity to relax and enjoy the ability to either Lounge in the grass in the backyard or go for a walk through the woods.
About: I gave been around dogs and cats for 16 years! My neighbors, family members, and friends always relied on me to take wonderful care of their pets! I have a part time job, but if you let me know ahead of time I will not schedule myself to work and be available to take care of your pets. I always let my dog out and walk him, make sure he always have water and food. I love to walk dogs and make sure to watch for other pets to see if they are friendly or not.
About: I have experience with dogs, cats and exotics especially parrots! I have experience with snakes, bearded dragons, rats , Guinea pigs and rats too I’ve watched various neighbors dogs for years and always focus on giving them a fun day since it’s really stressful when your a dog family leaves even for a few days. I currently have no pets at the moment so I can dedicate time to yours! I am working part time so I have a very flexible schedule and my own reliable transportation. With notice I can easily modify my routine to make sure I’m there for your pet In my home I current have it parrot proofed. So we have no chemical or anything toxic that can easily be gotten into. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted
About: I spent my youth training to be a vet and fostering dogs. I learned a lot at vet school, namely that I couldn't ever deliver the final act of compassion. So, I turned my attention to my true passion - caring for dogs! I have been dog sitting for over 15 years and I love it. Every new dog that I meet reminds me how much I love dogs. I am flexible to the needs of every dog I care for and will make their experience with me as similar to their home life as possible. I have two dogs of my own, but they LOVE meeting new dogs to play with. If your dog is not as keen to new friendships, I can separate them all with ease. I have only one hard line, I need to meet you and your dog before the stay. I have learned that it is the best way to ensure your dog's comfort in their stay. I did not always adhere to this and I have seen some very stressed out fur babies. I want your fur pups happy and healthy as much as you do! Thank you for your consideration. I work from home so, I will be with your dogs all day. If we have any grocery trips or daycare drop offs, they will be crated for those brief periods. We keep our dog-less activities to a minimum during pet stays. We have no fence and our dogs run off-leash. With your dogs, I will walk them leashed because dogs (like children) test boundaries. We also go to creeks and hikes very often, and your dogs will join us leashed (if you approve).

About: I have had dogs since I was 12. They have always been a favorite animal of mine. My family would always ask me to watch there dogs for them when they went away. I am off 2 days a week and I just wanted that time to spend taking care of dogs. I like to go on hikes and run around with my dog. I have a decent sized yard for your pups! My dog is also very friendly and would love some company whenever she can get it! I’m up to doing whatever you want for your pet.

“This place, just a few miles out from Bath PA, is an old farm in the process of renovation. It served as a perfectly lovely situation for my little dog to have a few days at "camp." There are resident pets who seemed to welcome the visitor ans make friends quite quickly. Michelle kept my " Boots" close to her but pretty free to roam and explore the farm on a long lead. Many pictures demonstrating his happy exploration of the setting were provided. Michelle was very helpful and flexible about the need to unexpectedly extend the stay and handled the details with Rover quickly and effectively. I had no concerns about my pet's welfare and contentment. I miss my little shadow when I'm away, but found him happy, relaxed and in fine shape when I picked him up. I am glad to recommend this place and sitter highly and quite likely to recommend this sit highly and am quite likely to use it again.”

We had a fairly last minute booking and she was able to accommodate our 3 dogs of different energy levels, food, medications, etc. One of our dogs can be a little reactionary but not with Deirdre. Wonderful space and a great yard for them to play in. The dogs came back tired and I swear, a little better behaved, but maybe that was the exhaustion of playing. “This was our first time using Marian as a Rover sitter. She allowed me into her home to view the areas my dogs would be kept. It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. She was kind, flexible, understanding - even after my dog had multiple accidents in her home - which had never happened before. She reassured us that she was a professional and used to these situations. We were able to proceed with our booked getaway ONLY because of Marians professionalism and kindness and flexibility.
