About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was a kid, and I have experience with taking care of many different breeds, young and old. I love animals and will do everything I can to make yours comfortable and happy. Work is currently slow, so I have the time to give your pets all the attention they need. I am available anytime throughout the week and most weekends. I have two friendly dogs that would love to keep yours company. I do not have a fenced yard, but walk them on my private lane often, and take them to the dog park. My pets get fed twice a day, but I can feed yours as often as you’d like - they also have some treat throughout the day.

About: I love taking dogs to the lake to play in the water, and walk along the beach. I don’t have a fenced in yard but it is big. I also have a horse field behind my house that I have permission to take animals in and play fetch in the field. My daughter loves animals and is very attentive to them and there needs. She is very careful when it comes to small dogs. I have a clean and smoke free home. I love sending pictures while your animals are in my care that way you know they are okay. About: I’ve always had pets as long as I can remember! And that’s a long time!! My husband and I have years and years of experience caring for all types of animals! From cats to bunnies, fish and hermit crabs and always dogs!! Even a bearded dragon! Right now, we have two Fox Red Labs, two outside cats, fish, and a bearded dragon… and chickens. We just raised 7 Fox Red Lab puppies as well! We have almost 4 acres for the dogs to run and have fun and we have a large fenced in play yard. As a pet mom myself, I understand how hard it is to leave your fur babies in someone else’s care! I know how hard it is to leave them! We’ve used a couple of sitters thru Rover and have had a great experience. I would be honored to be entrusted to care for your four legged family member! I am a stay at home mom, able to give lots of attention to you fur baby! They will get lots of love and will always have access to drinking water. When I do need to run an errand the pups will be crated. Our dogs love to go outside so it’s not unusual for them to go out every two hours or so which provides ample time for potty breaks and exercise throughout the day. Our whole yard is not fenced in but we do have a large fenced in play yard with plenty of room to run! I will use a leash to keep your pup safe outside of the play yard and they will never be outside unattended. We can introduce our dogs slowly, one at a time or however you are most comfortable. I prefer to have a meet and greet before booking so we make sure we’re a good match and so your pup can meet ours ahead of time.

“We are from out of town and visiting Gettysburg so wanted to spend the day exploring the sites. Kayla made this so easy to do. We felt very secure leaving our Shitzu for the day, Chewie blended well with their family, and I felt very comfortable. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mom and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs since the oldest was a puppy, I have take care of friends dogs as well as relatives dogs too. I’m currently working full time and take care of pets when I get home. When I’m taking care of dogs for others I find time before and after work. I have a fenced in yard, my dogs get along well with other dogs . I’ve had my dogs interact with other dogs since puppies . I take them on walks and there’s a dog park near my home.

The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. About: I am an absolute animal lover! I have had dogs, birds, fish, a cat, bunnies, mice, lizards, guinea pig, and hamsters! I have been around animals since I was probably about 4 or 5 years old. My grandpa gave me my very first dog (a beagle named Lady) and it was love at first site. Ever since, I have always had a dog! I currently have an almost 12 year old staffy mix named Stoli and 12 fish (mixed kinds). Stoli and I always enjoy a good run or hike or trip to the lake for a swim. After working at the animal hospital I enrolled in school to become a Certified Dog Trainer, which I completed several years ago. Currently my schedule is pretty flexible which allows me to be available at different times throughout the day. I do have a young daughter that I take care of during the day as well. I am unable to care for animals in my home because my dog does not get along with others. However I am able to follow your instructions for care in your home.

I see them as family and friends, This means that daily routines such as feeding/watering, bathing, walking, playing, and administering medicine are not done as routines. About: I have had dogs for the past 30 years. I am an approved foster home for a pug rescue. I have rescued several dogs! The last two years, I have been a dog walker! The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I have my own business out of my home, and so I am home all day and your pet will not be left alone! I am home all day running my health coach business. Pet care will keep me busy and your animal happy..and the resident dogs will love having playmates! I do have a portion of my yard fenced in so the dogs have lots of room to run and play and be dogs. Dogs are rarely crated unless they are used to that and the owner request that they have time in their crate. I am home the majority of the time. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.

While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

I’d be happy to start your pets day with a good walk or play session, give them all the pets/cuddles, an afternoon exercise and a leisurely evening stroll. I would simply treat your pets like i do my own. Play, treats, cuddles/pets, talk to them… and most importantly be their best friend! I will always make sure to only put a collar on when dog goes out… choking hazard during play esp with another dog. Also making sure things are “toddler” proof… meds, food etc
About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. I am not currently available to be hosting animals at my own home.

I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time for your pets! This gives me the ability to let your pets out every 2-4 hours and make sure they get plenty of play time! I have a fenced in yard and they get a whole level of the house to themselves! I do have pets of my own, but have the ability to keep them separate if needed. They would get plenty of play time and I can walk them around the neighborhood too!
