“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. I'm semi-retired and my children are grown. I'm home most of the time and would love to share our cozy home with your pet in a safe loving environment while you're out of town. I have a quarter acre fenced in backyard, away from any busy streets. We have large & small dog beds in the living room or if you prefer we also do have crate capacity. There is a state park only a few blocks away from the house that has wonderful hiking trails for dogs. Even when it's busy over the holidays we limit the amount of dogs at a time so the dogs don't get overwhelmed.

She followed instructions, such as giving Ollie his enrichment toy and taking him outside. During the visit, there was an accident in the playpen that was not communicated to me and wasn’t fully cleaned up, and I also noticed Ollie’s water dish was empty. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help, but I would have liked clearer communication about how the visit went. That said, she was good with Ollie and he really liked her.”

About: I say I have 10 years of pet care experience just based off of having my own dog and dog sitting other dogs. I have worked in an animal shelter in the past as well. I also had rescued a pitbull boxer who we had recently had to put down. I also have a 10 month old lab puppy, and 2 cats! About: I have years of experience training dogs of all breeds and life stages, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. With a securely fenced-in yard and expert handling, I’ll provide customized care that ensures a safe, comfortable, and happy environment for your pup at any age. I'm semi-retired and my children are grown. I'm home most of the time and would love to share our cozy home with your pet in a safe loving environment while you're out of town. I have a quarter acre fenced in backyard, away from any busy streets. We have large & small dog beds in the living room or if you prefer we also do have crate capacity. There is a state park only a few blocks away from the house that has wonderful hiking trails for dogs. Even when it's busy over the holidays we limit the amount of dogs at a time so the dogs don't get overwhelmed.
About: I will give your dog my full attention as well as my children. We all love animals. My children are super gentle and loving and love to take walks so finding time to take your dog for a walk will be no problem! I am home all day so your dog will get lots of attention! I am choosing to do this because the kids want a dog but I am not fully committed to buying one of our own quite yet, so dog sitting will please everyone. I have a huge yard with the option of fenced in and unfenced areas. We have very few neighbors so if your pup is a barker it will be not a problem. Lots of space to take dogs for walks without running into other people or animals.
About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!

About: I say I have 10 years of pet care experience just based off of having my own dog and dog sitting other dogs. I have worked in an animal shelter in the past as well. I also had rescued a pitbull boxer who we had recently had to put down. I also have a 10 month old lab puppy, and 2 cats! I would love to have her to have someone to play with at home every once in a while. I will only be working possibly 15 to 20 hours a week at my other job. Possibly less if I have more clients with pets to watch. So I’m gonna try to keep my hours per day that I work to five hours so then I can try to be at home with the dogs a lot more. I would like to try to be outside playing or going on walks. Also cleaning up after the dog outside and or if they have an accident in the house.
About: I have cared for many different types of animals since I was a child. Dogs, cats, bunnies, rats and hamsters. Fostered and lived with many dogs. I currently have dogs and cats.
