About: I've had many animals throughout my life, 7 dogs, 9 cats, and small mammals. I mostly have experience with Australian Shepherds and German Shepherds. At the moment I have two small dogs and a young cat, who all get along together very well! I love animals and I pay very close attention to them to make sure their needs are met and they're happy. I'm not the type of person to just quickly check-in on a dog and let them outside- I play with them, give them attention, exercise them. I work part time and random hours, so I wake up early to let my dogs out, then feed them at 8 and again at 4. One of my dogs is hyperactive and guards her food so each of her meals is a training session. I usually make her walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes and follow various commands while I hand-feed her meals. My animals are never alone for more than 4 hours at a time, so they get to go out many times. I don't have a fenced in yard so they are always on a leash. All of my animals are friendly towards other dogs, cautious with cats. My apartment is somewhat small, so I would prefer to work in a client's home. In that situation I would stop in as many times as the client prefers. I take my time to play with the animals under my care and give them attention. I do my best to make sure they never feel lonely.

Dog hugs are just a plus! My pet care availability will typically be before 8am and after 4:30pm during the week. I would also consider overnight bookings during the week. I love taking walks and we go to parks and walks all the time so the dogs would get plenty of exercise. They will be well taken care of and loved. I'm pretty flexible on times and what all would need to be done. I can take them outside to play a lot too. I don't have a fenced yard so dogs would be leashed and will get long walks. About: After about a year hiatus from animal care (to be available to offer care to a family member), I am back on ROVER!! I am comfortable with all ages & types of animals, having a special affinity toward elder animals who need more care. Between me & my husband, we have raised 3 dogs through their lifespan and cared for them during their illnesses. We currently by have 2 cats adopted through the Lycoming County SPCA who have their own health challenges. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a long time now. I volunteer at the humane Society by my college and take dogs on walks/day trips. I only work my job 9am-2pm on Saturdays, which makes me very open any other times and days. About: Large Animal Science graduate, have completed the vet tech, dog grooming, and agility courses at BCAHS. Experience with diverse/exotic animal caretaking rolls, canine cpr certified, lots of experience with difficult dog breeds. My schedule with work is very flexible. Usually I tend to walk my dog for a 1-2 hours a day. It is extremely important that my dog Nala gets exercise each day to make sure she stays happy and healthy. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.
About: I've had a plethora of animals over my 35 years of existence. Dog breeds include a Labrador, Border Collie, Beagle, German Shepard, and Chihuahua. Other species include six rats, one guinea pig, three rabbits, two corn snakes, and a bearded dragon. I do not have any children, and I'm living with my father. Together, we have two dogs, (one his, and the other mine), a garage cat (his), and a bearded dragon (mine). His dog is a German Shepard named Wren, and mine is a Chihuahua named Milo. Additionally, I quit the job I've had for years, so I have a fairly flexible schedule. All of our animals have schedules for everything. Potty breaks, food times, etc. We keep it fairly strict, but also know how to read our animals, and so the schedule is subject to slight changes. I can adapt, and learn new schedules for clients.
About: I have taken care of over 150 dogs throughout the last 10 years walking them at my hometown in Princeton, New Jersey. I am mother to a small golden retriever named Milo.
