During our trip, Rachel let us know about each interaction she had during her drop-in and walk sessions. We could see when she arrived, how long they walked and the route the took. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I worked at a Dog Kennel for 6 years. I would typically take care of 20+ dogs by myself. I am comfortable with all types of dogs at any age! From scared old pups to crazy hyper pups! I have taken care of dogs that were over 15 years old who couldn’t walk and puppies who were trying to eat everything they saw. I know my way with dogs pretty well and I’ve never met a dog that I couldn’t handle. My schedule is currently only open after 5pm Monday through Friday and any time on the weekends! I am able to do walk in to check on the pups and walks! I always try to get to know the owner and dog before taking care of the pup or staying in the clients home. I prefer meeting both client and dog about a week before starting to take care of the pups just so everyone is comfortable!
