About: Hi Loving Furparents, My lifelong passion is interspecies communication, animal care & behavior, ecology, and environmental conservation. I have grown up communicating, training/learning, caretaking, and translating for animals my entire life, and I continue to follow my passion for animal care, rehabilitation, conservation, and helping others learn to listen and communicate with animals. I have recently lost my soul dog and partner of nearly 16 years to osteosarcoma. I have experience learning life lessons our senior friends teach us; to slow down, smell the wildflowers, enjoy the little things in life, lead with empathy, lend a helping hand to one another, and be grateful for the moment we have together. I have experience with caretaking during mobility issues for both animals, using help-em-up harnesses and wheelchairs. Additionally, I have awareness and understanding of training needs when the human is afflicted with chronic illness and mobility impairments, such as helping the animal to learn and be mindful of unsteadiness, fall prevention, etc. My current SDiT and I are working on counterbalance, DPT, crowd guarding, behavior interruptions, and some preliminary scent work. Additional Background of Experience; I grew up in the area with a variety of species throughout the years, from cats & dogs to horses, rodents, fish, chickens & guinea fowl to turtles, etc. This experience came with interspecies management, learning to hand-rear animals, helping animals learn core life skills, assess and rehab injury, hospice care, etc. Later, I completed a multidisciplinary degree from WVU with concentrations in Wildlife Management and Conservation Ecology. At WVU, I completed curriculum including a Service Dog Training course where the dog I worked with (Gretel) graduated the following year to become a certified therapy dog at Chestnut Ridge. Additional courses included Animal Behavior, Equine Hoof and Limb, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Exotic Animal Medicine, among others. Since graduating, I have compiled formal experience working with both domestic animals, wildlife and protection of their habitat. I had the privilege to work abroad in Botswana, Africa at game reserves where we were able to rehabilitate animals, provide game drives, supplemental feeding etc., and interned at Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Botswana, Africa, caring for animals in rehabilitation. I currently work full-time, which unfortunately limits my availability to primarily evenings and weekends at this time. Well-behaved, socialized dogs may be able to join during office work days. I am considering transitioning to full-time animal training, should it be feasible, which may allow for additional availability in the future. Additionally, I am navigating chronic illness after long covid through schedule modification and mindful movement during caretaking. Thank you for your understanding schedule limitations during this transition. Please communicate with me your dogs needs i.e.; whether your pet has separation anxiety, medical needs or food allergies, usual routines that make them feel safe, enrichment or husbandry that helps positively stimulate them mentally and emotionally, triggers to be mindful of/avoid, whether they have off leash recall or there are chase drive trigger concerns and they must stay leashed at all times, and anything else you feel is relevant so we may collaborate on their care plan to provide them the best support. I do have a large crate available for dogs that are most comfortable with crate training when it is necessary to leave them at home. Our geriatric cat Fluffy lives in the home with us (please alert me to dogs that have not been socialized with cats), there is a rescue parrot in the household, and I have a ~55 lb rescue and SDIT who is very friendly and loves having someone to play and run around in the yard with. She was a family member to my geriatric dog with mobility concerns before his passing, and she has experience with older dogs and cats.

About: As long as I can remember growing up we always had animals mostly dogs. As I got older I have always been the one my friends and family come to when they need someone to care for their pets. I would pet sit, take them on walks , stay with them and play with them. I am a true dog lover through and through. I have had dogs my whole life . My son has 5 dogs and pretty much everyone I know is a pet lover so no matter where I go I’m around animals. I watch dogs for friends and my son often. I can take them to the dog park to run and play with other dogs. We can go on walks and play in the yard.

I’ve been working in daycare/ boarding facilities for animals since 2019 and have learned how to properly care for animals, medicate, and bathe/groom during my time at those facilities. I am currently working at a veterinary technician and working on getting my certification for this field! Taking care of animals is my career and I would love to take care of yours! I’m currently a “stay at home girlfiend” so I’m available everyday of the week at almost any time of the day. I do have animals of my own so I am unable to board your animal inside of my own home. I would not be able to board your pet at my apartment as it is not allowed by landlord, I do have reliable transportation (my own car), so i would be able to take your animal on walks, to the park, and even take them for a swim. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was about 10 years old. They always seem to love me and I love them as well. I also have experience in training as well I’m available all the time as I’m unemployed at the moment. I have plenty of time to spend time and care for pets. I have a dog of my own and he was the sweetest. He gets along with other dogs well I can easily create a dog if needed. But I do have another dog in the home. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs almost my whole life. I’ve bread my dog and she had 12 helps and I raised them till 8 weeks. I’ve had all dog sizes, from Teacup Chihuahua to Alaskan Malamute and King German Shepherd. I’m involved with Varsity Softball, high school part time and work full time. I have a busy schedule but I am able to adapt to other schedules I have a chihuahua I take with me almost everywhere he sleeps most of the time. My chihuahua is not like most and is very calm. About: Hi Loving Furparents, My lifelong passion is interspecies communication, animal care & behavior, ecology, and environmental conservation. I have grown up communicating, training/learning, caretaking, and translating for animals my entire life, and I continue to follow my passion for animal care, rehabilitation, conservation, and helping others learn to listen and communicate with animals. I have recently lost my soul dog and partner of nearly 16 years to osteosarcoma. I have experience learning life lessons our senior friends teach us; to slow down, smell the wildflowers, enjoy the little things in life, lead with empathy, lend a helping hand to one another, and be grateful for the moment we have together. I have experience with caretaking during mobility issues for both animals, using help-em-up harnesses and wheelchairs. Additionally, I have awareness and understanding of training needs when the human is afflicted with chronic illness and mobility impairments, such as helping the animal to learn and be mindful of unsteadiness, fall prevention, etc. My current SDiT and I are working on counterbalance, DPT, crowd guarding, behavior interruptions, and some preliminary scent work. Additional Background of Experience; I grew up in the area with a variety of species throughout the years, from cats & dogs to horses, rodents, fish, chickens & guinea fowl to turtles, etc. This experience came with interspecies management, learning to hand-rear animals, helping animals learn core life skills, assess and rehab injury, hospice care, etc. Later, I completed a multidisciplinary degree from WVU with concentrations in Wildlife Management and Conservation Ecology. At WVU, I completed curriculum including a Service Dog Training course where the dog I worked with (Gretel) graduated the following year to become a certified therapy dog at Chestnut Ridge. Additional courses included Animal Behavior, Equine Hoof and Limb, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Exotic Animal Medicine, among others. Since graduating, I have compiled formal experience working with both domestic animals, wildlife and protection of their habitat. I had the privilege to work abroad in Botswana, Africa at game reserves where we were able to rehabilitate animals, provide game drives, supplemental feeding etc., and interned at Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Botswana, Africa, caring for animals in rehabilitation. I currently work full-time, which unfortunately limits my availability to primarily evenings and weekends at this time. Well-behaved, socialized dogs may be able to join during office work days. I am considering transitioning to full-time animal training, should it be feasible, which may allow for additional availability in the future. Additionally, I am navigating chronic illness after long covid through schedule modification and mindful movement during caretaking. Thank you for your understanding schedule limitations during this transition. Please communicate with me your dogs needs i.e.; whether your pet has separation anxiety, medical needs or food allergies, usual routines that make them feel safe, enrichment or husbandry that helps positively stimulate them mentally and emotionally, triggers to be mindful of/avoid, whether they have off leash recall or there are chase drive trigger concerns and they must stay leashed at all times, and anything else you feel is relevant so we may collaborate on their care plan to provide them the best support. I do have a large crate available for dogs that are most comfortable with crate training when it is necessary to leave them at home. Our geriatric cat Fluffy lives in the home with us (please alert me to dogs that have not been socialized with cats), there is a rescue parrot in the household, and I have a ~55 lb rescue and SDIT who is very friendly and loves having someone to play and run around in the yard with. She was a family member to my geriatric dog with mobility concerns before his passing, and she has experience with older dogs and cats.
